Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant avec nous et nous a accueilli à bras ouvert ! L’appartement est super bien placé et là vu est magnifique. Le logement est bien agencé il est très bien pour y passer quelques jours avec deux enfants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Studio. Die Beschreibung stimmte. Wir waren zu Zweit und alles was man brauchte war da. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Parken kann man auf der Straße hinter dem Gebäude (meistens kostenlos). Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist unschlagbar, unbeschränkte Sicht aus dem 8. Stock.Auch angenehm war der Innenpool. Für den Fitnessraum und Sauna kann man zu bestimmten Zeiten einen Zugang beantragen.Wir können das Studio weiterempfehlen, 5 Sterne !

Het is een beetje verouderd appartement, het heeft een opfrisbeurt nodig, behalve de badkamer. Ik zou het wat moderner en gezelliger maken. Maar voor de rest was alles dik in orde. Contact was heel goed, het was er proper, locatie is ideaal aan de tramhalte en een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Prijs / kwaliteit is dit een fantastische studio. Ik kom zeker nog terug.
