- SPA area with private jaccuzi for 6 people, Italian shower and bathrobes (x6) provided;
- In addition to the outdoor spaces shared by the 2 homes (heated, secure 10x5 swimming pool, solar pool shower, bowling green, fenced 7-space parking lot, large wooded park...), you'll have your own private garden with outdoor furniture (tables, benches, top-of-the-range electric plancha, clothesline, deckchairs, armchairs and chairs...);
- Fully-equipped kitchen with huge electric cooking range (5 burners, plate warmer, oven...), double dishwasher for your convenience during large gatherings, top-of-the-range American fridge, Magimix food processor, SMEG coffee makers (ground coffee) + Nespresso (individual capsules)... ;
- Professional hotel linen provided;
- End-of-stay cleaning included (possibility of intermediate cleaning as an additional package).

It is available 7 days a week during this period, from 8am to 10pm. It is fully fenced and secured with electric shutters (EU standards). It is heated over the period mentioned above, to 28 degrees (this temperature may vary according to favorable or unfavorable weather conditions).

> The boulodrome is also a shared area of the property (12 boules provided);
> Outside service providers may need to access the property during your stay to maintain the grounds, swimming pool or spa. If this is the case, you will of course be informed in advance, and you will be given a schedule (range) for their visit.

The Conciergerie team will not be physically present on site, but will still be available if any problems arise.

- For reasons of hygiene, safety and allergies, we have chosen not to allow pets on the property.
- Please respect the neighbors, including any potential travelers who may be sharing the property's outdoor areas with you. Peace and quiet must be strictly respected between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Emergency assistance available 7/7 from 6pm to 11pm.
