Outside, there is a covered barbecue area with a large table and chairs for 10 people, perfect for outdoor dining.



This charming and independent Périgordian stone house is ideally located just 8 km from Sarlat and 4 km from Carlux. You will appreciate the comfort and tranquility of the place, while being close to Sarlat and major tourist sites such as Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Lascaux, Rocamadour, and Padirac, as well as the many activities offered in the Périgord.



For garden enthusiasts, numerous beautiful gardens are nearby, such as the Jardins de Cadiot, the Gardens of the Manoir d'Eyrignac, the Gardens of Marqueyssac, and the Water Gardens of Carsac.
