Enjoy modern living on approx. 105m² living space! A cozy living and dining area awaits you on the ground floor. There you will find the open kitchen, which is equipped with all important kitchen utensils for self-catering. In addition to a dishwasher, there is still an induction cooker, a toaster, kettle and the like. v.m ready for you. The dining table invites you to dine together and socialize. In the adjoining living area, you can relax after two eventful days on two sofas and a satellite TV. A fireplace invites you to romantic hours. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor.
There are three more bedrooms. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and two further bedrooms, which are designed as children's rooms with two single beds each. In one bedroom there is the possibility to set up a cot.
The highlight on this floor is the large wellness bath with infrared cabin, large walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine.

The shared property is approximately 1,500 m². It is Z. Partially fenced and partly delimited by a hedge. The individual houses on the property are without a fence to the respective neighbor. For the little guests there is a trampoline and a swing on the playground. At each house, a terrace with a grill and a large, cozy dining table invites you to relax. In the beach chair, particularly suitable in spring and autumn, you can spend relaxing hours in the sun. And on the large meadow next door, sheep, goats and ponies frolic.
