This modern 135-square-meter townhouse features 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, and a fenced-in garden with two patios. It accommodates up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children), making it perfect for a holiday with the whole family.
The large living room, with tile floors and underfloor heating, offers plenty of space for young and old alike. A large dining table that comfortably seats 8 people is also ideal for a game night together. And in the fireplace nook, there are cosy seating areas to suit every taste—whether for reading, watching TV, or relaxing by the fire.
In the bright, fully equipped kitchen with a bar counter, you’ll find everything you need for a light snack or a 5-course meal. Three patio doors provide quick access to the patio and the fenced-in garden. The east- and south-facing patios, complete with a beach chair, umbrella, tables, and chairs, offer both sun and shade at any time of day.
With the LCD satellite TV, CD player, and DVD player, you can relax indoors or spend the day creatively with books and games for all ages.
There are 4 bedrooms in this house, distributed as follows:
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a cot, a bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), and a children’s room with a loft bed (90x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). The attic features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). Additionally, we have another travel cot and two high chairs available for our youngest guests.
　
The sauna in the attic offers the ultimate wellness experience. Enjoy a romantic evening for two here or a little time out with friends. A sauna session after an autumn stroll on the beach is the perfect way to end the day.
In the utility room, you’ll find a washing machine and an extra sink.
There are two parking spaces for cars on the property; a small wooden shed with children’s toys in the front yard also provides storage for your hobby equipment and two bicycles. A kettle grill is available for barbecuing even in windy weather.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Pets are not allowed in this property; it is a non-smoking property. We do not accept bookings from youth groups (people under the age of 25) for this property. All guests arriving at the property must be 25 years of age or older.

The holiday home is centrally located yet quiet in the island’s main town, Burg. It’s just 500 m to the town centre (Burg Market Square). You can easily cycle the 3 km to the fine-sand South Beach. The beautiful harbour of Burgstaaken is only about 1 km away.
The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send any inquiries regarding this by email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must directly follow the previous one and be immediately preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot manage this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
