"Il Portale di Arturo", 3-room terraced house 55 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2018, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open gallery with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: 2 small rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Terrace 12 m2, roofed, garden 100 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: mosquito net. Parking. Suitable for families. Sehr schönes Haus mit idyllischem Garten in einer geschlossenen Ferienanlage. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr netter Vermieter, der bei allen Fragen und Anliegen direkt zur Stelle war.

Der Außenbereich könnte mehr Pflege vertragen . Innen sehr schön eingerichtet. Fernseher steht sehr ungünstig. Die Küche ist großzügig mit Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet. Großes Manko kein Internet sowie keinen einzigen deutschen Fernsehsender. Es müsste nur eine Sat- Antenne her. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind mitzubringen. Bei der Bettwäsche ist drauf zu achten, es handelt sich um eine durchgehende Matratze. Nebenan liegt sofort der schöne saubere Pool.

Wunderschönes Haus in den Weinbergen über dem Gard

Wir waren nun das dritte Mal da.. Wunderschön, tolles abgeschlossenes Gelände mit direktem Blick zwischen den Weinbergen auf den Gardasee.. Hunde sind sehr willkommen und fühlen sich wohl.. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder gerne zu Arturo ob zum Eis essen in seiner Eisdiele oder in sein Ferienhaus..

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier. Der Pool ist direkt am Haus und der eingezäunte Garten bietet viel Raum für Erholung. Besonders mit einem kleinen Kind können wir das Apartment sehr empfehlen. Der Vermieter war freundlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Einziges Manko: wir hatten eine kleine Ungezieferpanne :)

Gut ist anders.

Jede Nacht gegen 3 Uhr wurde die Bewässerungsanlage eingeschaltet. Im Bad, in der Dusche, in den kleinen Schlafräumen und weitere Räume roch es stark nach Keller. Vereinbarte Uhrzeit zur Übergabe16 Uhr wurde vom Vermieter nicht eingehalten. Übergabe der Unterlagen erst 20:30 Uhr. Abreisezeit laut Unterlagen wäre 10:00 Uhr, Vermieter bestand auf spätestens 8:00 Uhr. Kein WLAN. Usw ....

Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage

Die 10 Minuten von Peschiera entfernte Ferienwohnung hat eine ruhige Lage. Die Gesamtanlage ist sehr gepflegt und nach deutschen Maßstäben. Der Pool ist groß, stets sauber und einladend. Klare Empfehlung!

Beautiful little house in the vineyards with lake

The littke house is perfect for a trip to Italy lake Garda. You find everything you need. Beautiful place in the middle of vineyards. A lot of place in the area and an amazing view to the lake.

Accueil à améliorer

Belle location. Maison propre et bien entretenue. Par contre, accueil nul. Le propriétaire n'est passé que le dernier jour, afin d'encaisser les taxes et l'argent du chien. Le premier jour, c'est sa maman qui nous a accueilli gentiment màis elle ne parle ni anglais, ni français. Dans l'annonce, il est écrit que le propriétaire parle anglais, français, allemand et italien. Il n'était pas là et lorsqu'il est passé, il ne parlait qu'italien.

Logement bien situé pour visiter la région mais manquant d aération dans la partie inférieure : les 2 chambres avec lits superposés,wc et sdb présentaient une odeur de renfermé importante et parfois moisissure sur les murs de la dernière chambre ou dans la douche
