The apartment, new and well cared for, is located in a strategic position: for anyone who wants to visit Lake Garda, the city of Verona or the magnificent villages of the Veronese hinterland but also for those who want to spend pleasant days with friends or family visiting the many water and amusement parks in the area (Gardaland, CanevaWorld, Parco Giardino Sigurtà, Movieland studios, Parco Natura Viva, spas and SPA, etc.). The structure is perfect for couples and families.

The apartment, located on the ground floor of a two-family house, has a private entrance, consists of a large kitchen-living room, bathroom with multifunction shower cabin, 2 double bedrooms. The entire structure is surrounded by a large garden. Also available to guests a large covered outdoor area, where to dine, take a drink or play ping pong.

The accommodation is located in a small hamlet, a quiet and relaxing village, located in the middle of some of the most famous Veronese municipalities, such as Peschiera del Garda, Valeggio sul Mincio, Villafranca Veronese.
A few steps from the house there is a grocery store and also a small playground for children in front of which there are free parking spaces available. Finally, and for those who love country walks this is a great starting point.

alles bestens: Lage, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit

Die Vermieterin hat immer prompt geantwortet und war sehr verständnisvoll, als sich unsere Anreise verzögern mußte. Auch sonst hat sie alles prima vorbereitet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Es sind 5km bis zum Einkaufen (der fußläufige Laden hat nur noch Sonntags auf?). Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage und Fensterläden, so daß es nicht zu heiß wurde. WLAN/Wi-fi sowie TV sind vorhanden, kein DVD-Player, aber VHS. Die Duschkabine hat Regendusche und Massagestrahl sowie eine nicht ausprobierte "Sauna"-Funktion. Die Ausstattung in der Küche hat uns sehr geholfen: Geschirrtücher , Küchenutensilien (auch große Teetassen, Espressokanne, Wasserkocher), und für die erste Mahlzeit durften wir sogar auf Zwiebäcke, Kekse, Teebeutel und Kaffeepulver zurückgreifen, das hat uns die Zeit bis zum ersten Einkaufen sehr erleichtert. Die Vermieterin versteht etwas Französisch, ihre sonst abwesende Tochter hat uns bei der Verständigung geholfen (fließend frz. und engl.), aber englische schriftliche Nachrichten im Vorfeld wurden immer verstanden und beantwortet, und die Verständigung vor Ort hat mit Urlaubs-Italienisch auch funktioniert. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Verona, an den Gardasee, Sirmione, Solferino und Cremona gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
