About this property

Top location beach, 3 bedrooms, fireplace, carport, 800m2, panoramic terrace

The cottage has 5 rooms and offers 6 optional 7 persons + 2 nanny places. Our house is located near the beach with stunning views of Prerow stream, Boddenhafen and the dyke meadows. You can buy fresh fish directly at the harbor. Bike shelter and carport are available. Lots of space to play. In the new bathroom on the ground floor there is a floor level shower with ceramic sanitary ware from Keramag. In addition, we offer a laundry room with dryer, washing machine from Bosch and a second separate shower.

Due to the location also ideal for anglers and dog owners. Our large property is fully fenced and is within walking distance to the dog beach. Bicycle rental is available in the nearby Darsspassage on the spot.

On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living area with fireplace, new home cinema TV, various games and books and conservatory and full bath. The living area leads to a large bedroom with a private terrace in the garden. In the EC is also the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
2 further bedrooms with additional 4 sleeping facilities are available on the upper floor. One with TV. Two cots and 2 high chairs are available for you. We offer a large south / west terrace in the garden and a new 20m roof terrace with a unique view of the Prerow stream and Boddenhafen.

Schönes Ferienhaus auf dem Darß

Das Haus ist gut und ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist recht groß und gepflegt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen, draußen wie drinnen. Die Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es nur ein Bad mit WC - was für mehr als 4 Personen nicht ausreichend ist. Im 2. Zimmer im OG (Kinderzimmer) ist die Gastherme hinter einer Holzwand eingebaut, diese ist sehr oft deutlich zu hören und relativ störend. Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Service - Einweisung bei der Ankunft, Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden - war sehr gut, die Lage und Ausstattung (u.a. WLAN und TV-Geräte etc.) des Hauses sind auch sehr gut.

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben hier sehr schöne und erholsame Tage verbracht.Das Ferienobjekt können wir weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer/Verwaltung hat reibungslos geklappt. Alles war sauber und wir haben die Unterkunft in einwandfreiem Zustand übernommen. Es war auch alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unser Hund war ebenfalls rundum glücklich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider gab es nur 1WC .Für 6 Erwachsene sind die Schlafgelegenheiten zu klein im Obergeschoss. ( SCHLAFCOUCH) Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist toll und meine Mädels (2 & 5) hatten richtig viel Spaß. Die Umgebung ist toll und auch bei Regen machen Strandbesuche Spaß. Ein wenig mehr Staufläche in Küche und Wohnzimmer wäre aber gut gewesen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben 2 schöne erholsame Wochen im Ferienhaus Boddenblick verbracht. Für uns als 5 köpfige Familie war es großzügig und wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders toll fanden wir den Essbereich mit Rundumblick ins Freie und großzügigem Esstisch. Die Küche ist ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattet für ein Ferienhaus (Messer, die schneiden, gute Bratpfannen usw…). WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten mit Terrasse ist einladend für groß und klein. Unsere Kinder mochten die Schaukel und die große Wiese und wir Eltern haben die Terrasse genossen. Also wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Herrn Schilling und Familie Schliack.

Gut - Das Objekt liegt am Ortsrand. Ruhige Umhegung. Platz im Haus und auf dem Grundstück. gefallen hat die sehr günstige Anbindung zu den Verjehrswegen und Mitteln. Straßen, Hafen und vor allem Fahrradwegen. . Kritik - großzügige Auslegung von Zusatzgebühren.

Echter Reinfall

Dass Internetfotos nicht immer aussagekräftig sind, ist natürlich immer ein Risiko, aber den Eindruck, den dieses Haus vermittelt hat, ist leider nicht zu halten. Schadhafte Stellen an den Zimmerwänden sind teilweise nur sichtbar überpinselt worden, die Einbauschränke in den Schlafzimmern stammen eher aus den 70er Jahren, Gas-und Stromleitungen liegen teilweise über Putz, und dass das eine Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, wurde auch nicht weiter erwähnt. Die erste Nacht brach das Schlafsofa zusammen, die restlichen Nächte waren auch nicht entspannter, da ein ständiges Gluckern der Heizung im Haus zu hören war. Die gefühlten 20 Kissen der Lounge auf der Dachterrasse sollten in dem ohnehin schon winzigen Schlafzimmer gelagert werden, das Ein- und Ausräumen hat man sich bei wechselhaftem Wetter dann auch lieber gespart. Die sogenannte Küche ist teilsweise abgewohnt und von der genannten Grundfläche bleibt dank eines Durchgangs nur eine Kochnische übrig. Die Zimmertüren schließen zum Teil nur unter Gewaltanwendung. Alles in allem war das Haus ein ziemlicher Reinfall, da wir für den Preis etwas besseres erwartet hatten.

Erholsame Tage an der Ostsee in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine Woche in Prerow und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Am besten haben uns das Esszimmer sowie die Dachterasse und der Garten gefallen - hier konnte man sehr gut relaxen und den Urlaub genießen. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut - wir haben nichts vermisst (vor allem die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet - hier fehlt wirklich nichts). Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Prerow direkt am Prerow-Strom. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles toll und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Prerow im Ferienhaus Boddenblick sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Schliack (Vermieter) und Herrn Schilling (Verwalter) für die Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nettes Ferienhaus

Am Ortsrand von Prerow, direkt am gleichnamigen Strom gelegen. Für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Bei 6 Personen dürfte es etwas eng werden, da ein Zimmer nur mit einer Schlafcouch ausgerüstet und nur eine Toilette im Haus vorhanden ist. Durch die angebrachten Moskitonetze an den Fenstern war man im Innenraum gut gegen Stechmücken geschützt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung

Das schöne Ferienhaus mit viel Stauraum und einem Wintergarten auf einem großen Grundstück in schöner, ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Prerow hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung ist die beste, die wir je in einem Ferienhaus erlebt haben. Allerdings hätten wir es gut gefunden, wenn wir den Schlüssel für den Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (ein weiteres Plus des Ferienhauses) gleich bei Ankunft ausgehändigt bekommen hätten und auch die Heizung nicht erst von uns hätte umprogrammiert werden müssen (war noch auf Wochenendbetrieb eingestellt). So waren ein paar zusätzliche Telefonate notwendig, die allerdings unseren Aufenthalt nicht nachhaltig getrübt haben. Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Komfortables Objekt in toller Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, die umfassende und komfortable Ausstattung ermöglicht einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hat uns der Wintergarten gefallen, in dem man gemütlich auch bei ungünstigem Wetter zusammen sitzen konnte. Durch die die sehr gute Lage können ausgedehnte Wanderungen direkt ab dem Haus unternommen werden. Für die kompetente und professionelle Betreuung möchten wir uns sowohl beim Eigentümer, als auch beim Verwalter herzlich bedanken.

Sehr schöne Anlage für Familie mit Kindern
