About this property

Casa De Campo All Inclusive ~VIP~ Package Chef & Butler

The house is located within Casa de Campo Resort, in a quiet area and perfectly situated 5 minute drive to the beach, hotel and golf courses golf, 10 minutes to Altos the Chavon and 12-15 minutes to the marina. The house includes a complete VIP package. One Butler, one excellent cook and daily maid services. You will also get: Airport transportation (La Romana Airport only), golf cart, unlimited high speed wireless internet. (food and beverage are not included)

We will arrange to purchase your favorite groceries and drinks before you arrive and provide babysitting services at the house. The house is 15 years old and is in perfect conditions. We also do all your laundry services at the house.

The house has two masters rooms, two open showers, and perfectly designed for a two family vacations.

The house has two dining rooms, one outside perfect to enjoy your meal al fresco, and beautiful gazebo perfect for reading and massages. We have children table games, pool floats, pool towels, BBQ grill, free unlimited high speed wireless Internet access around the house.

The house has 6 LED TV sets, one in each room and one in the family room, all 5 bedrooms have A/C units and ceiling fans. We just added a huge air conditioned family room with a 60' TV on the second floor, it has 2 sofa beds to accommodate more people

There is Bluetooth karaoke speaker so you can listen to your favorite tunes around the house.

You will have a Butler that will pick up at La Romana Airport and take care of your luggage, once in the house he will fix your favorite drink and bring your snack at the pool or your room. He will do the groceries for you as well as any other service around the resort or outside the resort. He will be there just to serve you.

The cook is unbelievable, he makes great home made meals as well as gourmet dishes, you send us the list of the groceries that you need and there will be there for you at your arrival for your convenience. Great meals are guarantee !!

Your laundry will be made as your request as well as any ironing of your clothing. Tips for the cook and butler are optional but not mandatory if you think the service did not meet your expectations.

You will have a golf cart to help you move around the resort for Free, you need to pay for refueling; however you will get a half full tank when you get there.

Casa de campo has been ranked among the best golf resorts in the world, there are 4 Pete Dye courses (1 private).

All courses have great caddies available to help you play better around the course, especially to read the difficult and undulated greens of the Pete Dye's master piece, Teeth of the Dog.

The house is 5 minutes away from any of the golf courses and 5 minutes away from the beach

If you have infants, we have a crib a play-yard and a high chair for your convenience

Amazing Trip, Villa & Staff

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay at Fernando's villa. The villa itself was perfect for a larger group (we were 9 people) and was extremely comfortable with a lot of bedrooms, bathrooms, and areas to hang out outside and inside. The staff and chef Kendy were also phenomenal and made the trip 10x better. Fernando the host is extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions before and during the trip. Such an amazing experience all around.

Another wonderful time at Casa de Campo

We had a wonderful stay at Vivero 51. The staff could not have been more helpful, going out of there way to make us feel at "home". The chef is a treasure! He makes the best chicken caesar salad ever! The villa is very comfortable with the outdoor space and pool being particularly lovely. A few maintenance issues, albeit minor should be taken care of in one of the upstairs bedrooms. (missing tile, open shower doesn't work). This would not deter me from staying again or recommending. A memorable vacation with a warm and welcoming staff.

Casa de campo villa rental

3 couples stayed at vivero 51- a private villa. The house was perfect. As advertised. Spacious with multiple sitting areas, a pool, etc…. We had a staff of four including 2 butlers (Oscar and son Edgar), a housekeeper (Alecia), and a chef (Kendy ? sp), very attentive and friendly. Casa de campo has a great beach (Guillermo took great care of us). Nice restaurants, a very good workout facility. Highly recommend

Our family's stay at Fernando Diaz's Vivero 51 was wonderful from beginning to end. Fernando was super helpful planning our stay to be as convenient and enjoyable as possible. The villa is gorgeous and the staff of 4 attended to our every need. Our trip to Vivero 51 was beyond our expectations and will definitely be an annual tradition for our family.

Spring break 2023

My husband and I just spent 6 days at Villa Vivero with our daughter and two granddaughters, ages 11 and 15. We were pleased with the whole experience. The staff were outstanding and the food was the best! The property is so conducive to having family together with plenty of room. The girls spent hours in the pool when not snorkling at Minitas Beach. We look forward to a return visit.

We had the most amazing experience and service at this house! The chef and butler were super helpful, the food was delicious and the house was even better in person than in the photos. Fernando and his wife were also very attentive with their responses and were super helpful with giving recommendations in Casa de Campo or making sure we’re settled in with no issues. The service in Casa de Campo is the best you can possible find. As an avid golfer, the courses there are the best in the Caribbean and the property values hardly depreciate, the complete resort is very secure and the standard of living there is beyond expectations.

What makes this property unique

The house is about 7 minutes walk to the beach, 12 minute drive to the marina and Altos the Chavon. The back of the house faces East so you will always feel a constant breeze and very plesant during the afternoon in the pool area.
