It has a queen-sized bed and a pull-out sleeper. The condo is centrally located near the boardwalk, the beach, and plenty of stores. The property includes an onsite laundry, an outdoor deck, WIFI, and a dedicated parking spot for the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, stovetop, and plenty of cookware. There is a lockbox. The combination will be given the day before check-in.

Lovely spot in a great beach town

Had a good stay at this charming beach motel. All good but I do need to say the mattress is QUITE firm and may not be suitable for sensitive sleepers.

We love this neighborhood because it is so close to shopping, the boardwalk and the beach! This condo is in walk-in condition for your visit! Drop your items off in the room and take off to discover the many attractions of Ocean City, NJ! There are cooking utensils to prepare your own meal or there are plenty of restaurants for that are close by for dining or to order delicious meals from. This location gives you the choice to go out and enjoy Ocean City, or to stay in and watch a movie. Free WIFI is also available.

What makes this property unique

If you like quiet and accessibility, then this is the place for you! We are located in a small quiet building. This condo is right over the 9th Street bridge from Sommer's Point, NJ into Ocean City NJ. There is a dedicated parking spot for you to pull into. There is a lockbox for an easy entrance into the condo. You can park your car and walk to the shopping area where there are over 100 stores. There are plenty of restaurants to chose from also! If you are looking for more action, Atlantic City is only 30 minute drive.
