Cottage is rented ALL year around even for the holidays unlike many other homes for nightly and weekly rentals for guests to be able to enjoy the island all year around for the array of different seasons.

Guest Beds are provided with pillows, quilt/comforter & mattress pads. Guests may choose to bring their own sheets & towels or choose to get the linen service delivered to the cottage from a linen company located on the island.
Recommendations can be provided to guests upon request.

The Bella Garden Cottage offers a cozy front porch with a fully fenced in yard that boosts beautiful gardens for our guests to enjoy during their stay.
This private single family home cottage provides you with lots of privacy with no sharing of the home or yard with other tenants for your family to be able to enjoy the home all to yourselves.
The home is ideal for families, children and pets and is close to attractions but away from the noise and hustle and bussel of some of the busier streets.
The home is just a short walk to the beach and the 9th street boardwalk area by Manco & Manco Pizza area and is across the street from the bay.

The cottage offers the amenities of fully stocked kitchen with all brand new appliances, cappuccino & latte machine, coffee maker, a full-size dining room, living room, bathroom with a delightful, oversized fountain shower head, 3 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, and 2 twin beds for people to comfortably spread out.
Home sleeps and comfortably accommodates 6 guests.

Fenced in yard is perfect for spending time outside with pets or children.
The Bella Garden Cottage also provides a grill, outdoor patio furniture chairs and front porch furniture that you will surely spend many of hours relaxing on.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property. We enjoyed our first stay so much we came back. Everything was spotless. The host responded quickly to any questions. Would highly staying at this property.

We had a lovely time at this beach cottage. It is in a great location--central to all of our favorite things to do in Ocean City. The owner is a pleasure to work with, very communicative. The house is as pictured, adorable. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Lovely cottage beautifully decorated with the convenience of a front porch and fenced in yard. The location is excellent! Close proximity to the boardwalk which made it easy to come and go. We enjoyed the beach and the boardwalk daily and made a special trip down to Cape May for a dolphin and whale watch excursion which was only 45 minutes away. And, made a pit stop to Adventure Aquarium on the way home which was a lot of fun. Parking was a little challenging, but once you figure it out, it’s smooth sailing. I would definitely stay here again.

Alison is so kind hearted and generous . She made my family’s first time experience to Ocean City memorable as she opened up her home and shared some of her favorite spots in town with us! The property is very cute . It has a fenced in yard which makes it easier for pet owners to not have to worry and can just open up the front door and relax on the front porch while the kids and dogs play in the yard ! Upon arrival we had all of our instructions and codes so there was no need to hassle with the app and read all the specific instruction like most . Alison makes it easy and stress free ! We thank you for allowing us to rent your cute little cottage and we can’t wait to come back for more memories !

Cozy beach house

Alison was very nice and communicative. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating but it more than satisfied our needs for house hunting in the area.

Cutest house in Ocean City!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Bella Cottage! Was close to the bay, but yet could walk to the beach and boardwalk with ease. Great house with a perfect yard! We would definitely love to stay here again! Thanks Alison for being a perfect host and sharing your beautiful house with us!

Cozy cottage in a great location!

Our family had a wonderful time here! Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance-Asbury Ave especially! The cottage is accessible for my son's wheelchair- which was necessary for us. Also our dogs loved the fenced in yard! Beautifully decorated! Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Ocean City!

The Ocean City cottage was perfect for a Christmas getaway. Tje house was very clean and easy to access, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Alison was wonderful and easy to reach, and maflde us feel welcome. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Spot

Great home for winter getaway with my daughter and her dog! This house was extremely clean and comfortable! It was a great location for walking! The fenced in front yard with the welcoming front porch was perfect for relaxing outside with our dog! Owner was very accommodating!

Little Cottage between 2 big hiuses

Very nice homey clean place. Emmy loved the fenced in yard . Liked that you could park in the front by the fence but sometimes hard to get off of during heavy traffic times. Will stay here again !!!

Lovely unique cottage w/ all the comforts of home

We loved this little place. It was the only place on the island that met all our needs: all on one level for grandma and a fenced yard for the kids. There are so many fun things to do in Ocean City, especially for the children. We had our daily adventures and were always glad to come "home" to the cottage. Lovely home away from home, decorated adorably and comfortably. We all slept well - it's quiet at night even though it's near main streets. Its a short walk to lovely shops and restaurants.

Really perfect

I’ve stayed at the sane place for 15 years prior to this week and in addition to needing a pivot for scheduling reasons, we wanted to try a space with a yard. We travel with dogs; they are our family. The cottage did not disappoint ! We loved the porch, the yard, and the cozy spaces. Alison was a great host and stayed in constant communication as needed but was not over- bearing. We loved it and will be back!

Lovely cottage but tech not working

I was thrilled to find a house with a fenced yard who accepted 3 small dogs! It's a lovely cottage. I was so stressed and needed a no-drama vacation. We loaded up and arrived at the cottage. We couldn't get in the gate (I read it gets stuck from another review...and still does). Got in, put the wifi code in my phone...couldn't comnect. Phoned owner...she forgot they changed network/nerwork name. So new code and now I could order dinner. Turned on the TV ( advertised Comcast/Xfinity AND smart tv LR and main). Every channel..need a subscription, so no news or local channels. We put in our Prime password and watched a movie. Took dogs for a walk then we were tired so put the pups to bed and went to bed. Turned on the TV...nothing. Found the network...unable to connect. Texted owner...advice was to turn it off and on, unplug. We did that before calling. so no TV. Got up early and was going to watch the news and have coffee. It was 50 degrees...so too cold to head to dog beach. Turned on the TV to watch the news. Tried to connect multiple ways. Frustrated. So we packed up and left. We relax by watching TV. It was an advertised amenity and not available. I believe as an owner, you have a responsibility to make sure things work before tenants move in...not during. It just made my stress worse. So if you rent this house just know that the tech could be a problem.

Loved our time at BellaCottage ! Beautiful personal resort for us and our two dogs, they loved the yard and couch. All the beautiful ornate decorations around the house made us feel on a French vacation but still close to home (Manco/Manco Pizza) Everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Such a lovely little enchanting cottage set back in the heart of OC. Very good location for walking to shopping of every kind.Dunkin Donuts is right around the corner if you don’t feel like making coffee in the AM. Mallons Sticky Buns a few blocks up the road And shopping on Asbury a couple blocks up. Also if you love learning a new craft a block around the corner is Scrim Discovery a needlepoint Store with gorgeous colorful designs. The owner Sally was so kind and invited me to come for a free private lesson with one of her lovely stitchery teaches. She spent an hour and a half teaching me how to needlepoint. It was so enjoyable and relaxing and a great new hobby to practice on cold winter days.The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Allison, the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

How could i possibly put into words how much we adored the cottage?! It was perfect, beautifully decorated, clean and just lovely inside and out!Our pup loved the yard and the home, we just adored the layout and accomodations. Also, talk about a convient location right off Bay Ave. Having a parking spot made a huge difference and we spent not one but two early nights in just to enjoy the cottage. The neighbors were friendly and helpful, the chairs on the porch were so comfortable, we spent hours on that porch. The boardwalk was a mere 4 minute drive and we parked on different streets each day to enjoy the boardwalk and beach at different spots as i was traveling with my elderly parents and it afforded them less walking.The beds were ao comfy and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was so homey, functional and big. This cottage checks all the boxes. Were already planning an return trip and plan on staying at the cottage again. The owner was not just helpful and informative, she is a lovely person with a beautiful personality and giving heart. I cannot speak highly enough of Alison!It you want a gorgeous home all on one level with a secure fenced in yard, this place is for you!! Dont miss an opportunity to stay at this beautiful home owned by someone who clearly truly cares!!! 1000/10 stars!!
