40 km north of Kolari, 1 km to Lake Äkäslompolo, 2.5 km to the swimming area. Well-equipped terraced house apartment in the village of Äkäslompolo, in the central area (Pistos).

Wooden terraced house apartment from 2006. Combined kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms: one with two separate beds and the other with two beds with a shared mattress topper, a loft (14 m²) with 4 separate beds, electric sauna, bathroom, and a separate toilet. Ski maintenance room and waxing stand.

Additional amenities: central vacuum cleaner, child equipment (high chair and an extra mattress for one). Child gates on both upper and lower floors. Travel cot for a child. TV 55".
