Le plan et l’adresse fournis n’étaient pas les bons, nous nous sommes retrouvés face à des personnes qui étaient dans le chalet qui nous avez été indiqué dans le message transmis avant notre arrivée.En ce qui concerne l'état général du chalet, il en ressort qu'il est vétuste et mal entretenu.Nous avons constaté un grand nombre d’éléments de quincaillerie, de menuiserie et autres cassés : Voici la liste non exhaustive des dysfonctionnements et dégradations :- Rideaux de velux.- Prise murale chambre étage.- Divers verrous et poignées de portes ou de fenêtres.- Plinthe décollée dans l'angle de l'escalier 1er étage. (Dangereux)- Bord de plan de travail vermoulu et décollé.- Carrelage du sol de la salle à manger cassé et décollé.- Buse fond jacuzzi cassée. (Fond recouvert d’une pédicule grasse)De plus, un dysfonctionnement général du réseau et de la réception des chaînes de télévision ne nous a pas permis d’utiliser ces équipements. La conciergerie a été informée de cela, rien a été modifié.Il faut relever un manque de réfection en particulier dans les salles de bain et le jacuzzi. Le dessous et l’arrière du mobilier n’a semble t’il pas vu d’aspirateur depuis des mois voir des années, nous l’avons constaté en devant récupérer des éléments de jeux de société que les enfants avaient éparpillés. Pour conclure nous avons dû maintenir la pression sur l’un des vélux d’une des chambres lors d’un orage en pleine nuit pour ne pas que le lit soit trempé.

Très bel endroit pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis.Attention aux places de stationnement qui sont un peu plus loin et partagées avec d'autres chalets.

Het is een heel mooie vakantiewoning en van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren er met 11 en daardoor was het huis lekker ruim. Bij een volle bezetting zullen sommige kamers wel wat krap zijn, vermoed ik. Het huis was goed schoon en de keuken was goed voorzien. Inchecken was ideaal d.m.v. een sleutelkluisje. Dat werkt tijdens het verblijf ook heel fijn met een groep, omdat je niet tegelijk terug komt. Zo zit je nooit zonder sleutel.Champagny-le-Haut is een leuk, klein en rustig dorpje. Je loopt in een minuut of 5 naar de skibus. Dat werkt prima, maar in het laagseizoen rijdt hij slechts 1 keer per uur en je bent toch al gauw een half uur bezig om bij de gondel te komen.
