Beautiful quite Neighbourhood ,across the Snake River, just 10 mins South of Downtown Jackson WY, 15 minutes to snow king ski resort and 30 mins to Teton Village Ski Resort
Incredible and Abudant wildlife in area, Beautiful walks and cross country ski trails out the door.
This is actually a 5 bedroom home but we are renting as 4 bedroom.

We are Deb and Tony Mendes, We are both transplants to the area, Deb is from london Uk and came out to Jackson hole in 1985 and fell in love with the area. Tony was born in portugal and came to jackson in 1990 having been living in the city of Connecticut, was ready for the quiet Mountain life.
We have built, owned , remodelled and lived in this house since 1997.
We have 2 children who are now 22 and 19 years old , one lives away from home and one in college, so are now empty nesters and are off exploring , which is why we have our home for rent .

Why they chose this property

We bought this property due to its beautiful location that offered us peace and tranguility away from downtown Jackson
We have many Elk and Deer and occasional Moose wandering around at times throughout the winter , which we just love to enjoy from our windows and deck area.
