Awesome ship in OstseeResort Olpenitz
Surrounded by water, you can enjoy a very special maritime holiday at OstseeResort Olpenitz: this floating house called "Captain Jack Sparrow" is located on a pontoon directly on the water. Despite the name, you don't have to fear pirates, of course, as the house is located in the safe waters of OstseeResort Olpenitz directly on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein.
From the roof terrace, you can let your gaze wander over the waters of Marina Olpenitz and admire the passing boats.
The two comfortable bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can let your gaze wander over the waves from your bed. Next to the bedrooms you will find the modern shower room and of course one of the highlights of the house, the sauna.
One floor up is the large, open-plan living area with a modern kitchenette. The entire floor has a loft-like design. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, it is particularly bright and inviting.
The car can be parked on the shore in the immediate vicinity of the floating house.
The marina's bathing bay is just a short walk away. Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.
The new holiday home area is currently being built on the former naval site in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares.
*** Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. We ask for your understanding that some views may be impaired as the development of the site has not yet been completed. There may still be construction work in the vicinity of the house. Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation.
