Beach front ship in Olpenitz with sauna

The Haithabu holiday home is a floating holiday home at the very end of the jetty. While the boat planks, all-round view of the Schlei and outdoor areas are reminiscent of a boat trip, this property also offers all the luxury of a top-equipped holiday home. So if you prefer to spend the whole day on the water but don't want to compromise on comfort, you'll feel right at home here.

A highlight of the Haithabu floating holiday home is the 30 m² roof terrace with all-day sunshine. Here you can enjoy the all-round view of the water on comfortable lounge furniture. There is another terrace adjacent to the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view of the Baltic resort's sailing and sports boat harbour.

The modern and well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dining table for four people offers all amenities.

Two bedrooms offer space for four adults. In the master bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows open up new perspectives against the backdrop of the water. A second flatscreen TV provides additional entertainment. The house can be accessed from all sides via a patio door.

A houseboat with a wellness factor, the Finnish sauna in a bay window solution and view of the Schlei provides relaxation and the underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cosy comfort at any time of year. A private car parking space is located directly on the jetty.

Our favourite place: Arrive with your own boat and park comfortably at your own boat mooring directly at the house.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Der Urlaub in dieser Gegend war einfach berauschend. Trotz der Wetterkapriolen, die jedoch auch wiederum sehr interessant sind, können wir sagen, dass die Gegend dort sehr schön ist. Allerdings merkt man, dass die starke Bebauung ursrpünglichen Charme konterkariert
