About this property
Coastal Club WATERFRONT Home 5BR 4Bth, 3 Ensuites Sleeps 12
Memories are made when we spend good times with family and what better way to do that than to spend a week in a luxury single gamily home in the Coastal Club community?
This beach themed home at The Coastal Club is the closest home to the clubhouse and it is easily walkable to all the amenities this community has to offer. Brand new "allergy friendly" hardwood floors have been installed throughout the property!! The interior of this home has over 3,000 square feet of living space including a loft with smart tv plus an unfinished basement with table games so the kids have a place to play in the evenings. The stamped concrete patio allows all the fun to continue outside as you sit by the firepit enjoying the view and sounds of the pond with lighted fountains. There is onsite parking for 3-4 cars.
The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel double ovens, refrigerator, wine fridge, beverage fridge, microwave, dishwasher, natural gas cooktop, quartz countertops, Keurig Duo coffee maker (a 12 cup pot and Kcups), toaster oven and blender. Cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans and bakeware are all there for your special meal creations. Enjoy free unlimited wifi internet service throughout the home (and Clubhouse).
After purchasing clubhouse passes, you can take advantage of the gym, bar with pool tables and shuffleboard and an indoor pool for rainy days. Sunny days draw you outside the clubhouse to find an infinity edge pool with swim up bar, a pirate themed splash park, a 2-story water slide (adults can slide too!), a separate kiddie pool, a playground, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce courts and a 3 mile walking trail. Passes are per person ages 5 and up and in 2024 are available daily ($25pp) and weekly ($130pp) when purchased onsite. Weekly passes only can be ordered and purchased before arrival for a discounted price of $100pp for weekly passes.
It is very important to us that you have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Mattress protectors and pads, pillows with covers, quilts and extra blankets are included. There are basic soaps, cleaning supplies and paper goods to get you started and the kitchen is well equipped with cooking and grilling tools and spices in the pantry. We have stocked up with some family games and books.
LEWES BEACH (4 mi drive): Lewes is the destination of the Cape May Lewes Ferry that connects the Delaware beaches to the New Jersey beaches. Disembark the ferry and find Cape Henlopen State Park within walking distance. This park boasts convenient parking, beaches, historical walking trails, biking paths, even a frisbee golf course! Take a stroll in Lewes to enjoy old Victorian architecture, quaint boutiques and enjoy waterfront dining at one of the small specialty restaurants in town. Full of history and filled with unanticipated discoveries, visitors would do well to explore its fascinating story before setting out. Sometimes seen as a place at the beach for people who want to escape “the beach”.
REHOBOTH BEACH (6.5 mi drive): For those that prefer a little more excitement, Rehoboth Beach hosts a mile-long boardwalk with pristine beaches, free bathrooms and outdoor showers, rides, games and entertainment. Try a different restaurant for every meal during your stay! The iconic Rehoboth Beach Bandstand at the end of Rehoboth Avenue is the city's primary outdoor music and entertainment venue. Each year, the city's Summer Concert Series brings more than 40 bands - offering a wide variety of musical genres - to the bandstand. Plan to join us Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings throughout the summer to sing along, dance, or just toe-tap to some of your favorite tunes. Fun is a longtime tradition in Rehoboth Beach - the city has been providing free entertainment to its visitors and residents since 1963!
For outdoor enthusiasts, experience the Lewes-Georgetown 12.70 mile, out and back paved trail near Lewes, Delaware. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 5hrs 12 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking, mountain biking, and road biking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The Junction & Breakwater Trail lies between the resort towns of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach on the western edge of Cape Henlopen State Park. It is Delaware's third and longest rail-trail in the state.
