We are just 8 miles east of Kanab (10 Minutes from town) on 5 acres surrounded by stunning views and open space in every direction. Cozy and comfortable spaces, with a fully stocked kitchen, and many upgrades.
Wake up to local fresh ground coffee at sunrise on the porch, then you can gather friends and family together in the evening on the patio to enjoy some Chill n' and Grill n' while enjoying the sunset over the Mesa. You will want to be sure and experience our dark skies, perfect for stargazing around the firepit by night.

There is access to hiking, ATV, and horse trails right from the property, as well as the new Tilted Mesa bike and hiking trails just a mile from the house!

We have a large parking area on site, with lots of room for you to bring your toys,amd are less than a 1/4 mile from Johnson canyon recreation area with endless amazing trails.
Equine facilities are available for your horses, and plenty of great trails nearby and from the property. A short distance to Buckskin Gulch slot canyon, Bryce Canyon, and the Kaibab National forest, Near the Grand Canyon.

We do have a welcoming committee...Our 2 dogs will bark, but are both friendly and like to play. You are welcome to visit the horses and goats as well.
