It is 90 square meters and has a 30 square meter balcony with day bed and sitting for 4 persons. At the generously designed living area heard a open fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 4 people. The apartment has 2 large bright bedrooms with large double beds (master bedroom 210cmx200 cm), also includes 2 marble bathrooms facilities. Of course WIFI is included in the price. Parking is available in the closed plant.

A small piece of paradise

A perfect property for us and we will definitely come back. The apartment has all the conveniences you need and is located up a short drive from the coast. At the bottom of the hill are supermarkets and restaurants that can suit any taste. The apartment is in a small gated community and has a secluded quiet pool and garden area. The views from the apartment balcony are spectacular and inside there is a lounge, kitchen and two bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms which makes it perfect for a family if 4 or two couples.

Great location and amazing views

We love staying in the La Mairena area as it is quiet and secluded and has spectacular views. Just a short drive down the mountain - about ten minutes- you have the center of Elviria where you have everything you need- grocery, restaurants, beaches, etc. The location of this apartment is great as it is within walking distance to a small grocery and restaurant - the Kuda bar- which has great food, a nice atmosphere, and great views. It is also within walking distance to the German school where our son attended summer camp. This apartment is in a small compound which is great as there were very few people and we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The apartment is exactly like the pictures show, well-stocked and comfortable. the host was great and the communication was seamless.

Het verblijf in Mairena was prima. Genoeg ruimte. Alles werkte en je krijgt wat je verwacht. De bedden mochten wat beter. Het contact met de eigenaar was prima. Vragen werden direct beantwoord. Het uitzicht is werkelijk schitterend.

Marbella in 5 days

Had a lovely 5 day break in this spacious apartment. Views are breathtaking both during the day and night. Very secure and peaceful group of apartments with a lovely big pool which we used daily. Great location despite being up in the hills. Very easy to get to supermarkets and restaurants. Great if you want somewhere peaceful but within easy reach of beaches and towns. Would highly recommend.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir wurden von der Verwalterin der Wohnung empfangen und kurz in das Notwendige eingewiesen. Sofort fühlten wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Sie war sehr sauber und es gab viel Platz um seine Habseligkeiten unterzubringen. Die Küche bot alles was man benötigt ….Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen. Nicht zu vergessen ist der wunderbare Ausblick von der Terrasse und der schöne Gemeinschaftspool. Das einzigste Manko war die kurvige Stecke zu La Mairena

Our new home from home

Without any doubt, this has got to be the best property we have ever stayed in. The apartment is very spacious and well presented. It is a real suntrap and the views are heavenly. Good aircon and heating if you need it. Strong Wifi and we used our Firestick in the TV. There are 3 buildings in the complex, behind a gated entry, and parking is right outside the door. Although the village is on the top of a mountain, the drive up takes only around 8 minutes on a very good road. Small commercial centre at the bottom with great tapas bars and Carrefour market. A short walk from there to the beach, full of cafes and walking paths. Easy access to the A-7, and just 40 minutes to Malaga airport. We will be back.

El apartamento es como reflejan las fotografías. Acogedor y bien equipado. Las vistas son maravillosas y la piscina está cuidadísima y es una delicia. Las playas de la zona están muy bien. Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia y recomiendo el apartamento a quien quiera un ambiente cuidado, acogedor y tranquilo. Málaga y las maravillas de esta provincia se encargan de lo demás. Aufenthalt im Juli 2019. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Geräumige, saubere, helle, mit allen notwendigen Dingen eingerichtete Wohnung. Schöner Sitzplatz auf dem Balkon. Man kann gut zu viert dort essen. Toller Blick. Markise vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Sehr schöne Garten- und Poolanlage. Pool groß genug um auch zu schwimmen. Natürlicher Schatten und Sonnenschirme bei den Liegestühlen. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück. Etwas eng zum Wenden. Den Abzug bei der Lage gibt es, da es in dem Ortsteil selbst keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Das war uns bekannt und für uns auch nicht ausschlaggebend, aber es ist halt ein gewisser Nachteil. Für Einkaufen, zum Strand gehen, gut Essen gehen muss man immer mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten den Berg hinunter nach Elvira fahren. Das sollte man wissen. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Auch die Betreuerin vor Ort sowie der die Anlage pflegende Gärtner sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet , die Beschreibung der Fewo ist genau passend und die Buchung sowie die Übergabe haben reibungslos geklappt . Die gesamte Anlage und die Wohnung sind gepflegt und der Poolbreich ist sehr sauber . Man fühlt sich gleich wie im Urlaub angekommen .Von Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Weitblick aus den bergen auf das Meer .Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell der Strand ,Supermärkte und Restaurants wir haben tollen Adressen von der Hauseigentümer als Tipp bekommen dafür vielen Dank! Wir haben die Tage hier mit unseren zwei Kinder 9-11 sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen .
