Incredible waterfront views in this fully stocked Bocilla Island Club condominium. This is an end unit which gives a panoramic view of the harbor. The development includes two heated pools, tennis courts, a small marina, a private pier on Charlotte Harbor, and lots of privacy. The condo is of stilt construction with the first floor being under building parking, the second floor being the kitchen and living area, and the third floor being the two bedrooms and two full baths along with the laundry room. If you love the water and a lazy island atmosphere, 'Lazy Harbor' is the place for you. The condo also comes with two kayaks to explore Jug Creek and Charlotte Harbor. We have made lots of upgrades including new flooring throughout, new mattresses, new shiplap wall, new paint throughout, and a 65" smart TV + TV's in each bedroom. Lots of upgrades in this unit including fresh paint, newer flooring, new master shower, and many other upgrades. As a bonus, there is a "pet" dolphin that makes daily visits in the harbor and in the canal! A boat lift may be available for a maximum 23' boat(please confirm availability with a message through VRBO) NOTE: THERE IS NO TRAILER PARKING ALLOWED IN THE DEVELOPMENT. RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING A PLACE TO STORE YOUR TRAILER. REACH OUT TO BOKEELIA PIER AND BOAT RAMP FOR POTENTIAL OPTIONS. ALSO, PARKING IS LIMITED FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES THAT DON'T FIT UNDER THE BUILDING - NEW RULES BY ASSOCIATION AS OF 6/2023.

The weather was not what we wanted but we where able to kayak , bike and enjoy good seafood and a beautiful view. The owner Gerald was very helpful and available to us. This was our second stay here.

What a magnificent view of Jug Creek. We viewed dolphins, osprey, brown pelicans, sunrises, and much more from the screened lanais. The condo is awesome! It was immaculately clean and well stocked. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher had just been updated. Our host provided a great welcome package including information on local dining and attractions. They were very responsive to any questions and great to work with. A path for walking and biking runs the length of Pine Island and is quickly accessible from Bocilla Island Club. Lots of other hiking options including Calusa Land Trust properties. It is a quick boat ride over to sandy beaches on the gulf shore. Pine Island is a boater’s paradise.

Total relaxation

We cannot describe how beautiful Bolkellia is, and this unit in the Bocilla Island Club does not disappoint! We had a magnificent view of the marina on Jug Creek and were just a couple hundred yards from a pier out into Charlotte Harbor. The townhouse was immaculately clean with everything you could need, and more. The kitchen was complete with high quality cookware, new appliances, and granite countertops. The screened lanais were perfect for watching the daily visits from the dolphins and enjoying the sunrise. Our host Gerald, responded to any questions promptly and was great to deal with. We can’t praise this unit enough and are looking forward to returning next year.

This property will not disappoint. The views are incredible whether watching the sunrise as you have your morning coffee or whether you are enjoying sunset at the pier for a Charlotte Harbor sunset. As our doormat says "It's Five O'clock Right Here"!

End unit with panoramic views. All the amenities of a resort but yet a short drive to Cape Coral or Fort Myers for more amenities.
