Cozy 2 bedroom /1 bath retreat - located on a quiet residential street.
Within walking distance to boat ramp, kayak rentals, fresh seafood, & live music !!
For all Fishing enthusiasts- Lavender's Landing county boat ramp is 1/2 block away. Launch your boat, kayak or canoe for free!
Amenities include:
* Well equipped kitchen with granite countertops & new appliances
* Dining area off the kitchen or under the cafe-lighted Tiki
* Sliding doors lead out to a private fenced patio equipped with gas grill & Tiki Hut to relax with friends & family.
* 42" flat-screen TV & WiFi with very fast Quantum Fiber optic internet.
* Bedrooms (1queen & 1 full) provide sizable bureaus & closets to stash your stuff
This is a great destination for boating, fishing, or just to relaxing!
You'll be minutes from:
* Four Winds Marina (full service). Rentals include power-boats, kayaks, paddle-boards
* Jug Creek Marina (a working fish house) where you can purchase off-the-boat fresh fish and shrimp. (They will even clean and filet your fish while you watch).

* Lazy Flamingo restaurant at Four Winds Marina (they'll even cook your catch!)
