This villa is located just 500 meters from the sea in the middle of the most beautiful residential area of ​​Els Poblets. The nice a grown plot is oriented to the rear and has a large pool and an outdoor shower. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning hot / cold, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room with fireplace (pellet) and air conditioning hot / cold, a kitchen with bar and a small covered terrace area.
The kitchen connects by a breakfast bar to the spacious living room.

Estancia de vacaciones

La zona nos gustó mucho, por ubicación y tranquilidad. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la casa no nos pareció la adecuada (mal olor en las habitaciones). Además en la casa había bastantes luces fundidas por las que preguntamos y nos dijeron que nunca habían funcionado.. otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que tuvimos que insistir para retrasar la salida (en la web se indica que máximo a las 10h y querían que nos fuéramos a las 9h). Los electrodomésticos de la vivienda se deben renovar (horno con termostato estropeado) lavavajillas con guía rota y sucio por dentro y nevera pequeña para seis personas.

Danke für deine Bewertung. * Wir fragen immer nach der Zufriedenheit 2-3 Tage nach der Ankunft. * Von mangelnder Sauberkeit wurden wir nicht informiert, wir hätten umgehend nach reinigen lassen. * Am Tag der Ankunft haben alle Zimmer gut gerochen, man sollte während des Aufenthalt lüften. * Es war nur vom Licht an der Außenseite der Terrasse gesprochen, diese Lampe ist nicht angeschlossen. Alle anderen Lampen funktionieren. * Es ist klar das nicht alle Gäste gleichzeitig um 10:00 Uhr abreisen, man kann es nie jedem Recht machen, also sind wir um 10.15 Uhr zur Abreise gekommen und jemand anders, aus einer anderen Unterkunft, ist gern um 9:00 Uhr abgereist. Sehr schade das man nicht redet, sondern gleich alles schlecht macht, sehr sehr schade !!!

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Restaurants, Geschäfte und den Steinstrand. Die Klima funktionierte einwandfrei. Mückennetze sind vorhanden. Der große Pool lud zum stundenlangen Planschen ein. Die Agentur ist immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Nice & Relaxing Family Holiday

The villa is very nice and perfect for a relaxing family holiday with very private atmosphere. Everything very clean and beds were comfortable. The contact to Britta was very pleasant and professional. The one and only room for improvement are the furniture and seating conditions outside, including the potential usage of one "dead corner" of the area.
