Come relax at Emerald Isle 708. This gorgeous 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo offers a spacious king master suite with en-suite bath and balcony access and a guest bedroom with a queen bed w/ twin bunk beds. Including the fold out sofa in the living room, you can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The unit has comfortable seating for up to 8 when you enjoy a homecooked meal from the fully stocked kitchen. Water views can be found in every room and are sure to make you want to stay longer especially the direct ocean view from the penthouse patio. The unit includes a premier parking spot close to the elevators and it’s the first unit you come to off the elevator. Also, the laundry is very close by. Convenience is the name of the game in Emerald Isle 708.

The Emerald Isle complex is situated right on the beach on gorgeous Okaloosa Island! Western view is of the Destin Sound- part of the Intercoastal Waterway, overlooking yachts, fishing craft, and beach homes. The beachside pool is spectacular with a handy ramp down to the beach for easy access. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and a picnic area complete with grills for a juicy steak on a balmy night.

Pictures can be deceiving

Pictures appear nice bright and clean while in person it is really dark and dingy. It had a smell of bugs as soon as I walked in. The air filter had been changed but the evaporator coil is dirty. The master bedroom gets no air flow it was so hot and uncomfortable. I found 1 dead roach in kitchen there and found another dead one in my beach towel when I got back home.They have tried to spruce it up with newer furniture, new refrigerator, and flooring. Everything else is dirty 1980 originals. The linens were clean.The pool area seemed clean and the beach was very clean and beautiful water. I would not stay at this property again.

Vacation Happiness

Enjoyed our stay very much. Relaxed atmosphere without any stress for 10 days. There were a few repairs that should of been fixed before we arrived and the carpet in both bedrooms was very dirty.
