This lovely two bedroom, two bath unit has fabulous views of the sparkling emerald and turquoise waters - you will feel like you are on the beach! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, there's two queen beds in the second bedroom, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room, makes Nautilus 1303 comfortably sleeps 6! Watch the pelicans dive and dolphins play in the morning as you enjoy your first cup of coffee on the spacious beachfront balcony. Nautilus 1303 is a great base for your adventures whether you want to try it all or doing nothing at all!

We loved our stay! I had a few non negotiables in renting a condo…clean, beautiful view, easy check in and out. This condo gets an A plus on all of those. I have stayed at the Nautilus twice. I will stay again. We were able to check into the condo a couple of hours early which really helped us out after traveling with a 1 year old. The condo is clean. Located right on the beach. The pool is nice. Check-in process was very easy. The ocean view is beautiful. We did not have any issues at all during our stay.

The condo had the most beautiful views of the beach. It was big enough for our family of 4, close enough to Destin to easily be able to go do things there, but far enough away we didn’t have all the traffic. We will be back for future vacations! The washer and dryer are noisy, but we made it work!

Enjoyed our stay. The best part is being able to hear the ocean from your bed. Room is a little dated but clean. Elevator at the Property was the only thing that kept breaking but its only 3 floors so not a deal breaker. Overall good value.
