The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small building near Square Mero.
Upon entry, you step into the living area, featuring a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a smart TV, and access to the west-facing balcony.
The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, is integrated into the living space.
On the night side, the bedroom includes a double bed (140x190 cm) and an en-suite shower room with WC.
Reversible air conditioning is installed in the main living area and the bedroom.
Please note: the wooden shutters in the living room and bedroom do not allow complete darkness; daylight will pass through.

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
