In addition to a living room with kitchenette, this apartment has two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Pets are allowed on request. The house has under determine the possibility bicycles. Washer and dryer are as vending machines available at the beach house!

The apartment house with 9 exclusive 2-3 room apartments was opened in September 2013. Here you will find all the comfort of a couple or with the family. All 3 rooms apartments have two full baths and two bedrooms with double beds. In addition, we also have a handicapped accessible apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Some apartments have a private sauna. All apartments have at least one large balcony. The house is located in the promenade area of ​​the 3 Imperial Spas. The beach entrance to the sandy Baltic Sea beach located directly in front of the property. We offer bread service on site. Beach cabin hire on the beach entrance in front of the house. Schöne Herbsttage in Bansin

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Rollstuhlfahrer eingerichtet: ebene, großzügige Dusche mit Hocker, großer, unterfahrbarer Waschtisch, WC mit zwei Haltebügeln. Auch das zweite Bad und die gesamte Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Rollifahrer. An- u. Abreise wurden vollkommen unkompliziert erledigt. Wir haben Anfang November sogar noch ein paar schöne Tage mit viel Sonnenschein und buntem Herbstlaub dort verlebt. Gelegen ist das Apartment in der Maxim-Gorki-Str. 36 zum Parkplatz hin - eingerahmt von drei Ferienwohnungsblöcken. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kurtaxe wird das ganze Jahr über verlangt.
