-----Things to Note-----
1. Must be 25 to book.
2. The owner requires an additional screening form after booking this home.
3. All unrelated guests must have one or more person(s) in their party over 30 that will be in residence at the property.
4. Swim at your own risk in the unheated pool.
5. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival, but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.

Awesome Stay!
This house was perfect for our recent family visit to Apache Junction. We enjoyed having such a spacious and teen friendly place. We are hoping to rent the house again next year. We really loved our stay!

Great Trip AZ
My family and I stayed at this home while visiting friends in the Apache Junction area. The home was very large with a great pool and hot tub. The views from the backyard of the Superstition Mountains were amazing. Huge game room and large living and entertaining areas in the home. I would definitely stay here again.

Not how listed
The pictures are definitely make the property look way better than it is. The view of Superstition mountain is stunning. The pool and game room are great. Now for the rest. We were greeted by about 45 dead bugs in the main toilet area, an unclean microwave and black hair on the floor. The caretaker did offer to come clean. I said forget it. The cushions around the pool and sitting are are very dirty and the umbrella at the pool is broken. The 2nd day at the home, the front gate would not open. Had to call the caretaker and she gave us the code for the garage. Had to go through a stinky hot garage for the next 4 days. They did offer to fix gate if it was absolutely necessary. The master shower is not safe for anyone with disabilities. The master bed was hard as a rock and did not adjust like the listing. There was no propane for bbq and bbq did not work properly. There is NOT a pizza oven. It is only an outdoor fireplace. Overall, I would have NEVER spent the amount of money I did for a run down property and worn out furniture. This place needs a complete overhaul before renting again. There has been no attempt to reimburse us for anything but the propane.

Great time
Really enjoyed the stay I had in Apache Junction. The pool had some amenities that were a little overlooked, but overall it was an amazing experience. Everything I needed seemed to be at my fingertips.
