Beautiful condo located just 15 miles north of Charlotte North Carolina, Lake Norman is the perfect place for a small getaway anytime of the year. Plenty of restaurants and shopping located nearby or experience the beautiful scenery by boating and fishing or hiking and biking. As North Carolina’s largest man-made lake, there’s something for everyone to love with plenty to do for a relaxing escape or outdoor adventure.

This is a first floor condo unit with patio overlooking the lake. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, laundry, full kitchen, smart tv, wifi access and more. The condo was in a great location, close to Birkdale Village, walking trails and lots of good restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful sitting on the patio by the lake. The views were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and having the fireplace was nice on chilly days. We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas in Cornelius

This property is near our daughter. We were very comfortable there and was able to spend the holiday with the grandkids. My son flew in from Chicago and stayed with us also. The property is very clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. I have a little Christmas decor that I keep with my daughter and was able to make it look truly like 'home away from home' for the holidays.

Traveling from the UK and visiting friends in Charlotte. Apartment was exactly what I was looking for. It was in a lovely safe and quiet part of Charlotte, even during Storm Helene. Property owner always quickly replied when I had any questions and was very helpful. Apartment had everything I needed and was in walking distance of parks and shops. Would recommend it

We come to Cornelius to visit our son, daughter in law and grandkids.

We were very satisfied with our condo rental. We love staying in Cornelius and renting a condo on the lake. This condo has beautiful views of Lake Norman and the boat marina. The pool was just wonderful and very well maintained. We also enjoyed walking the boardwalk and the many awesome restaurants close by. The BIG plus for us is the condo was pet friendly, as our dog always travels with us. We would highly recommend this condo and would rent it again on our next trip back to Lake Norman. Bill & Linda

Perfect location

Waking every morning to the view of the lovely lake and marina is the best way to start your day. The location worked well for us as it was half way between our daughter’s hose and our grandson’s daycare. We would walk the boardwalk with him after school and talk about fish and boats. He is two, btw. Chris was always very responsive to our request but for the most part, everything we needed was already in the condo. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the winter months. I would recommend the condo for anyone looking to be on the lake but also close to everything.
