You will be sent a keyless custom door code for the smart lock at the time of booking.

We provide you with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Anything extra you will need to purchase.

HOUSE RULES:

- No pets without prior approval. We allow dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog. No pets on furniture and you must clean up after them or incur an additional fee.
- No Smoking of any kind. If evidence of smoking is found in or around the property, there will be an additional fee assessed.
- Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 8 PM.

POOL HEATING:

The pool can be heating during the colder months to 82 degrees for an additional $40/day. We can offer discounts on this rate for stays greater than a week.

Lovely House Nestled in a Quiet Neighborhood

Beautiful house with an updated interior and comfortable layout. Loved the hot tub and aesthetics, the included shower essentials, the soft beds and blankets, and the main room was perfect with a super comfortable couch. Took a jog in the neighborhood and it was quiet and relaxing. Loved our stay!

Awesome home base for our Scottsdale trip

Outstanding house in a great location. Completely renovated and with great style! Everything was clean and the features were just what we needed for our golf trip. The open layout was great for the group and the backyard putting green and hot tub was awesome for winding down after our days. It was a pleasure communicating with Jake and Megan. Would highly recommend this house for any Scottsdale trip!

Great stay in Old Town

This charming home was wonderful! It was so well decorated, the kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were so cozy and the backyard is amazing. The string lights lit up the backyard so you can continue your fun into the evenings. The owners were very prompt on any needed communication. You are close enough to walk to Old Town, quickly drive to Tempe or the airport. There are several great restaurants, nice malls, and the spring training ballpark. This place would be great for family stays, girls trips or a romantic getaway. Honestly the bedding felt like a high end resort. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

South Scottsdale gem

Beautiful house located just south of Old Town Scottsdale off main road on quiet neighborhood street. Dog- approved backyard with convenient pet door. Sunny and inviting outdoor space makes it easy to get distracted from working remotely! Cornhole too! The beds and linens were amazing!! Very nice neighbor who just might give you fresh oranges from his tree! Owners were quick to respond and very pleasant. Overall a great experience!

Great House w/ Putting Green!

Fantastic newly renovated house close to Old Town Scottsdale. We really enjoyed the ambiance of the back yard and the putting green as well since we were on a golf trip. Host was quick to respond and the house was great!
