This incredible newer custom home sits right on the bay and enjoys amazing views from most of the property. Beautiful, clean, waterfront home with a nice deck overlooking the marina and ocean. Perfect set-up for 3 couples. Well-appointed kitchen for cooking in and entertaining. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Rental

This is a very well-appointed and well-maintained property with everything one needs for a lovely stay. And the view is spectacular. People may think they'd want a view of the famous giant rock, but this view of Morro Bay is far better--it's peaceful and gorgeous in every light and weather. This place is exceptional.

Quiet, peaceful with wonderful views

Nice place. We spent a lot of time just watching the birds from the back decks. Paddle boarding access is not bad, just a short walk down the concrete path behind the house.

Relaxing and serene!

The house was beautiful and clean. Spacious inside and out. All rooms were well equipped with all things needed. The view from the deck and especially sunsets were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful Destination

Just spent an amazing 5 nights at the bay view home. We experienced weather from hard rain and fog to lovely sun and all were heavenly, The house is very quiet with views from almost every room --we saw sea otters and a bald eagle right off the deck. The very well equipped kitchen gave us a reason to stay in and enjoy family fun cooking and playing cards. Oh, and its placement is very walkable to restaurants and waterfront parks. Can't wait to return!

This Property was AMAZING

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The view is absolutely beautiful looking out onto the bay from a couple different balconies. The property is also conveniently located close to downtown MB. The house is very modern and updated. There is a spacious living area. The beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this property. My family and I will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful and Quiet

Two couples - spent the weekend, cooking, drinking wine and enjoying the beautiful view and the peaceful neighborhood. Close enough to the embarcadero for an ambitious walk or a quick drive. The home is well-designed to enjoy time with friends. This home will stay in our permanent rotation.

The house has a great bay view, but you cannot get to it without walking at least a half mile, even though it looks like you can. The house is comfortable but could use some new indoor paint and cleaning of furniture.

Fantastic home of a summer getaway

A great stay from beginning to end. Check-in was seamless and the host was quick to address the minor issues we had. This well-appointed house had great amenities and a nice layout -- three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry area downstairs and huge kitchen (with high-end appliances) and living area upstairs. The kitchen is very well stocked with small appliances, dishware, cookware and utensils. The master bath/dressing/closet area was huge. There are kayaks and life jackets in the garage that guests are welcome to use. Though the marina area behind the home is marked private, the people there were friendly and gave us permission to push off from their pier. Though this part of Morro Bay tends to see a lot of fog, it is centrally located. Chances are you'll find a sunny beach in nearby Cayucos, Avila Bay and/or Cambria. The charming city of San Luis Obispo is about 10 minutes away. I'd highly recommend spending a week here, especially if you're trying to escape the heat!

Beautiful Sunset

The property has the best view of sunset in Morro Bay. The house was clean and suited our family of 4 adults perfectly. The location was very close to all the nearby restaurants and grocery stores in town. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Morro Bay location

Wonderful location on Morro Bay, overlooks the bay, easy access to restaurants and the Morro Bay golf course. House is perfect for groups up to 6 people. Great for relaxed gathering, talking, etc.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed watching the boats and the birds in the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped, but in some cases style trumped convenience. The beds are very high off the floor and if you have any mobility issues they can be hard to get into. The use of shag rugs in the dinning room and living room didn't look very clean and don't seem to be a good choice for a rental unit.
