• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

This incredible 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home situated at the top of the hill overlooking Morro Bay features stunning panoramic views of the area, stretching from Montana De Oro to Cayucos. The open great room has been designed to showcase these amazing views from the living area, dining and kitchen. The home is a few down from the very top of the hill and enjoys some of the best views you can achieve in the area. All the bedrooms downstairs, with the living area, dining and kitchen on the main upper floor (street level).

• Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has an adjoining bath
• Master bath with dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Second bedroom has a queen bed and a trundle bed with 2 twins and flat screen tv.
• Third bedroom has a king bed.
• Downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
• Half bath upstairs that serves the living area.
• Large open living area with flat screen TV
• Well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs
• Amazing panoramic views of Morro Bay

• Propane BBQ on front deck (propane included).
• Full sized washer and dryer for guest use.

Please note: this home is located on a steep hill, 2 car garage and a driveway is available for parking. We recommend that any additional vehicles be parked at the base of the hill about a half block away.

Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old.

No smoking and no pets. This is strictly enforced.

Damage Insurance included. Covers unintentional damage to the rental that occurs during your stay if disclosed to management prior to checkout. Contact us for more details.

What a view!

We booked this house for a few days in December, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was located at the top of Morro bay so the views were breath taking ! The house accommodated 5 adults very comfortably . It was clean, plenty of towels and pillows, and just very lovely! Would give it 5 stars!

Amazing view and comfortable beds!

This house was perfect for our 6 days in Morro Bay. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook a few meals. We loved that there were two rooms with king beds. It was a must in our VRBO search! Would stay here again.

The view did not disappoint. We were about to watch the sun set over the ocean each night. Easy access to Hwy 1 and plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much.

The house was spacious, well equipped and the views were spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay in Morro Bay. The road is a steep hill and the driveway a bit tricky but since we had use of the garage, not an issue for our 3 cars. Would recommend the house!

Fabulous Family Rental!

We had 8 people (including 2 pre-teens), plenty of room for everyone. The view was incredible, the home was very well stocked with everything we needed. A short 5-10 minute drive to the nearest beach. The rental company was very responsive to questions. We had a blast! Highly recommend this house.

Excellent location. Well furnished and comfortable! Be aware that all 3 bedrooms require using a set of steep stairs. It may have been my own fault in overlooking that piece of information. Kitchen is very well furnished.

This home was more than we expected. It was gorgeous with a great view. There are other homes nearby and it’s up in the hills of Morro so the view of the beach is far away but we absolutely loved it. It was extremely clean and spacious. I highly recommend this home.

Fabulous home. Amazing view. We loved grilling while watching the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed . Thank you for the spices. It was even fun doing dishes with a beautiful view. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great to go hiking and then also to go wine tasting. The home was perfect for 2 couples. Thank you so much! 🤗

My 60th Birthday

My 4 sisters and I spent 3 amazing nights in this gorgeous home. The view was absolutely beautiful anytime of the day. We did not expect the cows and calves grazing in the hills the next morning. That put an icing on the cake. We live in separate states and do not get to see each other often. All my sisters loved every moment and their husbands have already committed to bringing them back. The hilly location was a challenge, but once you’re inside, the view is more than worth it. We parked both cars in the garage. I will definitely be back for a more intimate stay. Thank yiu!

Good property for views of Morro Bay.

Although the views were amazing the heater was located downstairs next to the bedrooms and was very noisy. The house itself was nice but lacked the details of what you would expect from this kind of rental. The property manager wouldn’t work with us in moving rental dates 2 days later that were open so we could better enjoy the weather. We felt they could have worked with us better on this issue. The only response we received was that any changes must be made 60 days in advance. The initial rental agreement was completed less than 60 days before we arrived, so be prepared for the property manager not budging on anything.
