Dear guests, you can expect a cozy, newly renovated Non smoking cottage in Leer / Loga to explore our beautiful Ostfriesland.
The house is suitable for 5 people, it has a living room with sofa bed and adjoining dining room. The kitchen has a dining area and is equipped with a full kitchenette with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and TVs.
Towels and bed linen are of course included.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, the toilet is separate.
In the outdoor area there is a covered terrace with barbecue facilities, and a large
Garden.
I offer free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, 2 car parking spaces and bicycles on request. For bicycles brought a garage is available.
Several shops, a pharmacy and banks are nearby.
Excursion destinations are the East Frisian coast or the islands, the Timmler Meer for swimming, the cities Emden, Aurich, Esens, Norden and Papenburg with the Meyerwerft. It is not far to our neighbor Holland, Delfzijl has a very nice brine bath.
The object is also suitable for fitters. 3 persons, from fourth pers. will be charged 5 euros per night more

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Check-In und Check-Out lief sehr unkompliziert ab. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Leer ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in Ordnung

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Das Haus ist zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Küche, die sep. Toilette sowie das Bad waren renoviert und vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren und auch ansonsten sind die umliegenden Städte immer gut für einen Ausflug.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Angsfangen vom unkomplizierten CheckIn bis zum ebenfalls unkomplizierten CheckOut hat alles gepasst. Das Haus ist eben nicht neu und knarrende Dielen im OG zeugen von dessen Charakter. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für intensive Erkundungen der Leerer Altstadt und der traumhaften Umgebung.

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen, ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen 👍Juni 2023

Von der Buchung bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts war alles perfekt.Das Haus war von oben bis unten super sauber. Die Vermieterin Astrid Buck ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in dem Haus knapp 2 Wochen gewohnt, und fanden dort nicht nur bezogene Betten, Handtücher, allerlei sonstige Utensilien e.c.t ,Spiele aller Art sowie diverse Gewürze, einfach alles was in einem Haushalt hineingehört vor. Das WLAN im Haus funktionierte sehr gut. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit sehr freundlichen Ostfriesen erlebt. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Nebenort von Leer (Loga). Leer erreicht man fußläufig in ca. 35-40 Min. Der Markant Markt ist in nur 5 Min.zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort bekommt man täglich nicht nur vom Bäcker drinnen eine Vielzahl an frischen Backwaren, sonder auch eine große Auswahl an den Frischtheken Wurst/Fleisch u. Käse. Dort ist nicht nur der Kunde König, sonder alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich !!! Egal wo wir waren, so haben wir es überall in Ostfriesland erlebt !!!

Unser Urlaub in Leer-Loga vom 28.5.-8.6.

Die Buchung erfolgte problemlos und der tel. Kontakt zu der Vermieterin ebenso. Nachdem wir bei der Ankunft den Schlüsselkasten erst mal gesucht haben, war der Zugang zum Haus mit allen Schlüsseln gegeben. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und in der Parterre umfangreich ausgestattet. Küche und Bad neu und modern. Da es sich um ein älteres Objekt handelt, hatten wir mit dem Obergeschoss einige Probleme.Die Treppe und die Dielen knarrten bei jedem Schritt sehr laut, sodass man den Partner aufweckte, wenn man des nachts runter zur Toilette musste, da diese ebenfalls nicht im Obergeschoss vorhanden war. Da wir privat sehr ruhig wohnen, störte uns der werktags früh beginnende Durchgangsverkehr sehr.Ausserdem waren die Schlafzimmerfenster nicht mit Rolladen versehen, sondern nur mit dunklen Lamellenrollos etwas abzudunkeln. Wen das nicht stört, der findet sicher ein angenehmes, gr0ßzügiges Feriendominiziel vor, Man hat auch in dem großzügigen Garten eine angenehme Ruhe.

Gepflegtes und ruhiges Haus mit zuvorkommender Vermieterin

Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es handelt sich um ein älteres freistehendes Haus, das aber sehr geplegt ist. Wenn man etwas negatives nennen soll, dann vielleicht die knarzenden Böden im OG, aber es ist halt ein Altbau mit Charme. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung mehr als perfekt, nicht nur Hand- und Küchentücher, selbst Grillkohle, Gewürze in der Küche und Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden. Außerdem Spiele für Kinder und Lese- und Infomaterial für die Großen. Das WLAN funktionierte perfekt, der Handy-Empfang nicht überall, aber da kann das Haus nix dafür. Durch die zentrale Lage war man schnell überall, wir haben fast alles mit dem Fahrrad (ohne Motor) erreicht. Insgesamt eine erholsame und entspannte Zeit in Leer-Loga. Danke.

sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit einer guten Ausstattung und viel Platz. Überdachte Terrasse bietet die Möglichkeit, auch bei weniger gutem Wetter draußen zu sitzen. Geschirr, Besteck, Dekoration lassen den Gast spüren, dass er sich hier wohlfühlen kann und soll.

Super Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden

Habe das Haus alleine angemietet um lange Fahrradtouren zu unternehmen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Kleiner Laden in der Nähe, etwas weiter ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum, Bahnhof und Innenstadt auch schnell erreichbar.. Abschließbare Garage für e-Bike vorhanden, bei der Ausstattung fehlte nichts, das Bett ist OK und schnelles Internet vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Ich komme sehr gern wieder!
