This was our third time staying at this home, and it has been nice every time we've stayed. It has little extras that aren't always seen in other places, which is convenient. We are thankful to be close to the marina where we store our boats while at the lake.

Affordable and Clean!

Great location off the water. Owner was more than helpful to accommodate our concerns and make sure our vacation home was clean, cozy, and all was in working order. The most equipped house (kitchen aids, and extra bedding) I have ever stayed in. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Lake House

Incredibly clean and nicely decorated. This house has a true “at home” feel. Tereza was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay there again. So close to the marina and the neighborhood was nice.

Wonderful find

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as great as the first time. The location is ideal, just minutes to the Beaver Creek dock. The place was clean and well-equipped. It is so comfortable and homey. The owners are very thoughtful.

Our 2nd stay here!

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this property and it was even better than the 1st! The house is well stocked with everything that you need; with plenty of room for adults and teens to spread out. The back porch was my favorite morning spot and I appreciated how close it is to the marina. We'll be back next year again!

Loved the location

The house was clean and close to the marina. We enjoyed corn hole and UNO!! Also liked that there was an additional ice maker in the garage. Kitchen was well equipped.

Clean, Accommodating Home

Conveniently located close to Beaver Creek Marina. When getting off the lake, it was great to have two full baths and w/d for getting ready for the next day. The fridge garage is a bonus, especially with the ice maker set up! This was our family’s second stay at this location and we plan to be back next month. Can’t beat the price of this well-maintained house and it’s great location!

Fantastic home close to beautiful Lake Cumberland!

My sisters and I along with our spouses and one teenager shared this beautiful,comfortable home for a week. It was everything we hoped for! Comfortable beds,ample seating in fully equipped kitchen,2 full baths with all linens provided. Super clean! We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the am with plenty of chairs outdoors. While walking to the lake is not really possible,it is a short drive to the marina. Not a bad drive to the stores in Monticello either. The rest of our group of 21 rented a houseboat and a condo. Our family has been coming to Lake Cumberland for for 47 years,this was the cleanest,most comfortable house we have stayed in! The owner is easy to communicate with and you can see he cares for his home! Please just add wifi! Highly recommended for any family,young and old!

Great house and wonderful experience!

Lovely house great location! Property management was wonderful to work with. Very friendly and timely communications, they were committed to ensuring that our stay was outstanding...and it was! We will definitely be reserving this property for our next trip to Lake Cumberland.

Extremely well appointed house

We wanted for nothing while staying here. LARGE upstairs bedrooms, comfy beds, and pretty much all you might need in the kitchen were available. Extremely close to Beaver Creek marina. Even had to use some of the provided bandaids and flossers that were provided!
