- LIVING AREA with 52" flat screen t.v. and local cable

- FULL KITCHEN with refrigerator that includes ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave/oven combo, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking pans, silverware, cooking utensils and more

- LAUNDRY ROOM includes front loader washer and dryer

- Nice OPEN DECK in the back with table, chairs & umbrella. Lower deck has a swing, picnic table and grill.

- FIRE PIT in the back lawn to enjoy with your friends and family (includes chairs but feel free to bring your camping chairs).

3 bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 full baths, satellite t.v., board games, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, upper deck is open, lower deck is covered with swing, grill and fire pit. Plenty of parking for several vehicles and boats. Linen, towels, washcloths are provided as well as starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, soap/shampoo and firewood.
