About this property

Apartment with a view of the Moselle in the historic winegrower's house near Beilstein / Cochem

Our two extraordinary holiday apartments are located on the ground floor of an old winegrower's house in 1924 at the entrance to Bruttig-Fankel directly on the romantic Moselle. The house was completely renovated from 2015 to 2017 and combines modern comfort with the history of old walls. Be our guest and let yourself be enchanted on warm summer evenings by the idyll of passing ships with live music and spend relaxing holidays in our apartments.

"BREVA" is the name of our smaller apartment, measures 37.5 m² and is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (in an extra bed).


Free parking spaces are available directly at the house.

Kurztrip an die Mosel

In einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung in Bruttig-Fankel hatten wir drei Übernachtungen. Ein altes Winzerhaus, modern renoviert, direkt an der Mosel. Mein Hund war auch willkommen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mitten in den Weinbergen

Gute Lage und toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren oder Wanderungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Kilometern vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und läd zum Verweilen ein. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen vor der Tür oft genutzt und die Aussicht genossen. Die Vermieter wohnen über der Wohnung und stehen einem unaufdringlich zur Verfügung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, erholsame Woche.

Geschmackvoll und sehr sauberes Apartment

Freundliche, dezente aber auch hilfsbereite Vermieter! Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und sauber sowie mit allem ausgestattet was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Unterkunft ist zentral an der Mosel gelegen, der Ort an sich bietet jedoch wenig Möglichkeiten. Für ein paar erholsame Tage kann man sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Fam. Limpert

Schön gemütliche Wohnung in top Lage

Sehr schöne modern eingerichtete Fereinwohnung in schöner Lage mit schönem Blick auf die Mosel. Sehr nette Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe etc.) in 7 bis 9 km Entfernung. Brötchen werden auf Wunsch geliefert. Mosel - Radweg beginnt direkt vor der Haustür. In denen vom Vermieter übergebenen Gästetickets sind die Fahrten für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel im gesamten VRM Gebiet enthalten. Vor dem Haus steht eine Sitzgruppe mit Esstisch und Sonnenschirm, sowie Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen, da sie alles bietet, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht.
