About this property

This newly renovated basement is 1/2 mi to heart of West Asheville. Private use of hot tub and outdoor shower available upon request. Beautiful gas fireplace in BR w/ queen bed, full bath, kitchenette, air hockey/pool/ping pong, darts, board games, smart tv, dvd. Under 10 min to Downtown, River Arts District, French Broad River trails, Outlet Malls, and Biltmore Estate.

West Asheville is a happening little neighborhood with more amazing restaurants, coffeehouses, pubs, parks, yoga studios, outdoor adventure centers, and live music than you'll ever be able to see in just one visit.

This home sits on a quiet, dead end road with only a few surrounding families, so we do ask that while you enjoy the peaceful street, you also respect the neighbors by returning the favor and keeping the volume down, especially when outside.

(Note: owners live upstairs. Renters have private entrance to this private unit in the basement of the house, but you will hear us at times.)
