We offer you an exclusive open-plan apartment with an integrated kitchen, a cozy dining area, a media wall with satellite TV and radio in the TV with a screen diagonal of 113 cm. This cleverly separates the living and sleeping areas.
The bathroom is designed in a Mediterranean style, with shower, toilet and a vanity with a built-in vanity unit made to measure.
The size of the apartment is approx. 49 m² and has a bedroom with a double bed, large fitted wardrobe and pull-out couch in the living room for 2 to max. Suitable for 3 people. In addition, an inviting 15 m² sun terrace awaits you.
