The home was perfect for our family, nice location and clean. However, contact with Marco was terrible! He did not meet us at the property and no instructions were left. We did not have hot water and one shower was not working, only a small stream of water, no hot water was flowing from any sink or bath. Everyone took cold showers the first night and Marco would not reply to any messages. Someone stayed at the property the next day hoping for an answer and resolution from Marco. Someone did show up but was no help and we heard nothing from Marco. That night, my husband discovered the water heater had not been turned on so he resolved that issue. However, one shower was still unusable because pipe was leaking. Finally, Marco did come by but hadn’t let us know he was coming so my husband wasn’t there to speak with him. He supposedly made a repair but shower wasn’t working any better. Finally, another family member took it upon themselves to try and fix the problem. Still no response from Marco. We have texts upon texts to him with no replies! No instructions were left about trash disposal so we contacted the guard shack and they told us where to take it. Honestly, the building was scary! Trash strewn everywhere and I’m sure there were many critters living in the filth. Needless to say only one trip was made there. At this point we were exhausted trying to reach Marco and just gave up! We’d already spent two days trying to get a response. All in all, Marco needs to go
