Nestled in a lush, private, small gated community, Casa MOVE was designed for families and couples looking for a, rejuvenating Costa Rican vacation. The third floor terrace views and large outdoor living space is a feature that won’t disappoint!

Guests can enjoy its idyllic location in the desirable South beach area with direct beachfront access. It’s situated only minutes away from beautiful hiking trails, mountains, waterfalls, wildlife, adventure excursions, restaurants and shopping! Not to mention the surf!

The outdoor common area comes equipped with a BBQ, tables, chairs, loungers and a shower. Surrounded by nature, the salt water pool is perfect for a plunge during our hot sunny days!

Boasting tranquility and simplicity in decor, this stylish home has been carefully designed to harmonize with energy, appealing to your senses and well being. It features:

Please lock the outdoor laundry room and if you can leave the fob on the wooden table. Lock the door by pressing the yale button on the keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests need to be registered in advance by providing IDs. No unregistered guests permitted. No escorts or working girls.
No loud music, parties or events as this is a family friendly community.

Spectacular Jaco house

This house exceeded all our expectations. Great location so close to the beach, and all the amenities you could want. Easy and prompt communication with Kelly prior to booking and all through our stay.

Amazing location and host. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Great surfing and fishing nearby. There is a restaurant called Coco's that will cook your fish for you (they made several dishes out of our Yellow Fin Tuna) and it is amazing. Will, the host has great restaurant recommendations and a solid surfing instructor / board rental next door. If you are looking for a nice quiet place (with a great lookout on the 3rd floor) with some of the best sunsets we have ever seen from a beach 200 meters away, look no further. Great spot and we'd for sure stay here again if we were in the Jaco area!

We had a great experience staying at CasaMOVE! Family time in Costa Rica South Beach Jaco was a great time with CasaMOVE making it possible to have plenty of individual and group space, quick & easy access to the Beach or the El Miro trailhead, and a solid variety of groceries, restaurants and bars all within a few minutes’ walk. Close enough to the busy heart of Jaco, south beach is a great spot for staging a wide range of activities. Kelly and Wil, were very helpful with connections and recommendations; they quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had. CasaMove’s space and features fit well for staying in to make your own meals or just chill in the large main floor or up on the cool rooftop open space – covered for sun protection - open to the views and breezes making it the favorite place to relax. With three endurance, one powerlifter and two CrossFit athletes in our group, the weights and exercise space upstairs was a great bonus! Located securely in a small, gated neighborhood and configured with three bedrooms, three full and two half bathrooms – as well as an awesome community pool – CasaMOVE met and exceeded our expectations.

WOW!! AMAZING!

This was probably the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!! Everything was top notch quality! The place was very nicely decorated and fully equipped! The beds were very comfortable and the terrace was so relaxing to hang out and watch the thunderstorms! The beach was only a 2 minute walk with a tiki bar/restaurant. The booking and checkout process was simple and the hosts were awesome to work with!! They have of tons of recommendations for restaurants and excursions and answered every question fully and quickly! I give this a 10/10 and would come back without a doubt!!

Best vacation rental ever!

This was the most amazing vacation rental I could have imagined! Our entire family fit perfectly. The beach was SO close (literally a 2 minute walk) and the waves were incredible. The third floor balcony area was the best! We could actually see the ocean and we watched the sunset each night from the balcony. Our children loved the pool and spent many hours going back and forth from the beach and pool. The location is perfect, far away enough from the town that we had quiet and privacy - including a more quiet beach; however a quick drive to the town was convenient and easy to get everything we needed. There was a very close hike where we saw monkeys and macaws right there next to the property! If you are thinking about visiting Jaco, this is the BEST place to stay!

Beautiful, conveniently located beach house

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed a wonderful week at Kelly’s lovely property. The property was spacious, impeccably clean, and located just 2 minute walk from Jacó Beach. It was exactly as the pictures showed and was everything we were looking for in a home base as we explored the Jacó area. Our favorite thing about the property was the covered third story terrace, we spent every morning and evening up there chatting and enjoying coffee or cocktails. When we inevitably go back to Jacó, we will definitely book Kelly’s property again.

Outstanding beachfront location with excellent access and amenities

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa MOVE in Jacó, and it was an absolute blast. The host had everything ready for our arrival, and helped out with a number of recommendations for local activities, restaurants, and even helped out with transportation options both to and from the house. The location and amenities were top notch, with easy access to the south side of Jacó beach along with an outdoor shower and pool to cool off after a day at the beach. The house itself was stunning and very well appointed, with excellent appliances, super comfortable furniture, and lots of space to spread out. Overall, we had an outstanding time here, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is looking to spend some time in the Jacó area.

Five stars!!

We recently stayed at the charming “Casa Move,” and it was an absolute dream. The third floor sitting area was our favorite spot. We enjoyed breakfast with a view, sipped sunset cocktails, and enjoyed some card games. The outdoor furniture held up beautifully against the elements. The Kitchen was well stocked and even had complimentary wine from the hosts. The location is perfect, walk to the beach and surf based on the tides! Bonus: The owners took excellent care of the property, and every room was super clean. We also appreciated the pool, extra beach towels and boogie boards.

Casa Move Review

Casa Move is an exceptional property that blends modern luxury with a laid-back beach vibe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Located at the south end of Jaco Beach, it offers privacy while being just a short 1.5 km walk from downtown Jaco. A small market is nearby, and the beach has access to a resort, restaurant, and Tiki bar. Alex, who runs a surf school, also rents beach chairs and umbrellas, adding extra convenience. Mahi Mahi restaurant down the beach serves excellent food. The secure community offers shared amenities like a pool, BBQ area, and outdoor kitchen, ideal for socializing or relaxing. The house itself is spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with high-end KitchenAid appliances. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room ensure comfort. The first floor has a large kitchen and living area, plus a private laundry room. Upstairs, three large bedrooms each have their own bathroom, perfect for families or groups. The third-floor rooftop is a standout, with an outdoor kitchen, living area, and workout zone, offering stunning views and excellent birdwatching opportunities. Kelly, the host, was attentive and communicative, ensuring a seamless stay. Casa Move exceeded all expectations, from the location and amenities to the beautiful home itself. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

This place is amazing

Truly, we spent almost an entire week in Jaco and we couldn’t be happier with where we stayed. The house is spectacular and look very modern while still have a cozy beach feel. The showers and beds were perfect and even the toilets were luxury. The gas range allowed us to cook our catch from our multiple fishing trips. They also had everything we need to make ceviches (juicers, large cutting boards and sharp knives). The third floor is perfect for hanging out our reading a book during the rainstorms that moved in and out toward the end of the day. Walking distance to the beach and surf schools was a huge plus and a hotel around the corner gave us access to a full tiki bar less than 50 yards away. Too many amenities to list and brand new modern appliances. One thing that did stand out to us was the huge doors to every single room. They were massive wood doors that must have 10-12 ft high. Compared to the area; the price of this unit made us feel we got a steal and we truly felt lucky we took the time to settle on our choice. Owner was easy to communicate with and gave us some great recommendation. Not a single complaint on our end at all! AC was bumping and we put it to work! If you can book this unit don’t wait; it’s situated on the quote side of town which is only a 2 min drive (5 min walk) to the main road where all the restaurants are situated. Look forward to coming back. Pura Vida!!

Our host was great, providing first rate suggestions for activities and eats. The house was fantastic and the rooftop was the highlight. The house itself is well equipped and very comfortable in a gated community with a perfect pool. The location was excellent, at the south end of the beach. Uber was very convenient (no rental car required), and we loved being walking distance to dinner and drinks. Try out Puddlefish.

Our group absolutely loved this property! The location can't be beat and the home itself is beautifully designed and very well appointed. All the furnishings are comfortable and in great condition, and the rooftop lounge/deck is really the best. Honestly this is in my top 3 stays that I have ever booked with Vrbo. Our host was amazing too. He met us there upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property, answered all of our questions and provided us with a ton of recommendations. Truly, the host went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best stay in Jaco. I will definitely book here again on the next trip to Costa Rica.
