Great views; good amenities, good location. Really appreciated written directions for tv, other items. Also great response from Carol when I couldn't figure out how to get in. Condo could benefit from a deep cleaning - especially the ceiling fan in living room and vents in bedrooms. Bedding smelled strongly of perfume when I arrived which was a problem as I am sensitive to odors. Thanks!

Condo was great!! Clean, loved the big windows & chairs to sit & watch beach. Master bedroom beautiful to look out over ocean and nice king bed. Very nice to have beach umbrella & 2 chairs included with condo! Parking easy. Strongly recommend this rental!!!

We had an amazing stay. The condo is just as you see it in pictures. Response from Carol was very quick. She made excellent recommendations for meals and things to do. We hope to stay here again! Loved it!

Beautiful place to stay!

Property was in a wonderful location and just as described. Security was in the parking lot preventing only occupants from parking we found the security guard to be helpful and friendly. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be staying again.

Great condo great location for our stay at the beach. Condo had everything we needed. Central to Myrtle beach and Pawleys Island. I highly recommend this condo.

Exactly as the pictures

This is a great unit. My wife and I escaped the Canadian winter and spent 6 weeks here. What an awesome view, this unit is on the 3rd floor which is just high enough so no one outside can easily see in and also you can see the beach and waves while sitting in the comfy recliners. The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee area outside of the kitchen was awesome so as not to interfere with anyone cooking. The outside decks and beach access ramp was replaced with composite decking while we were there, what a great upgrade to the property. The pictures in the listing are exactly as the unit appears without any photographic trickery as I’ve seen in some postings. Carol, the property manager, was great and when we arrived a little early a simple phone called got us in touch with her and slightly early access was granted……thanks Carol. We will definitely be coming back…….but much longer next time :). If you find that this unit is booked you should reach out to Carol as she manages other units also. She had let us see a 3 bedroom unit while we were there and it was awesome too……lots of room.

The building was well taken care of. The staff were so nice there also. The pool was sparkling. The rental unit is showing some wear. Painting,walls,master bed needs replaced. The shower had some mold also. Just feel it needs a good cleaning. Overall, the place was comfortable but felt I had to overlook some things that I think needed attention.

Amazing Condo

This condo is exactly as pictured, just beautiful. The view is breathtaking from the moment you enter the unit! Carol is very responsive. The remote on living room tv was not working properly, and she came and replaced it in about 2 hours. Furnished all necessities! Highly recommend. We plan on returning! .

Overall it was a great property to stay at. Great view and easy access to the beach. The condo was very nice and is what we expected. The place was clean, with the exception of a few things.The refrigerator wasn’t dirty but just obvious it hadn’t been wiped out prior to our arrival. Bathroom floor in Master Bedroom dirty and toilets not cleaned thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends! Just a few extra things to add improvements on.
