We loved being so close to all the shops and activities at Copper Mtn! We also loved the view out the windows!! Our place was clean and well stocked with the things we needed in the kitchen.
Nice two bedroom and great for a family of 4. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies (bring your own coffee though) and everything worked as expected. Fireplace and a great view of the American Eagle lift. Just steps outside to the lift.
We had a fantastic stay at the property. We had 6 people (4 adults and two kids) and fit just fine. It was tight, but perfect for a week. Walk-on, walk-off to the slopes was key and the locker in the garage for ski storage was a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Quiet. Great place to stay. Not exactly ski out but it is ski in. Short walk to the lifts, maybe a minute or so. You could put on your skis and trudge to the lift but it's easier to walk. I would definitely stay here again. Also, it is right by the Eagle BBQ joint where I lunched everyday. Highly recommended.

Nice view
The family room and kitchen area were very nice and the large window had a fabulous view. The master bedroom was a little crowded. No floor space to even open your suitcase, no dresser to put clothes in, and no closet so it was a little bit of a pain. The bunkbed room was nice and great for kids but it did not appear that the sheets had been changed on the bunkbeds. I get that it is difficult to reach and change these sheets but that left me to have to change them. Great location for skiiers.

Dawn, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased that you enjoyed our home's fabulous view and that its location served you well! That said, we're sorry that you found the primary bedroom to be a little crowed and our local manager assured us they added a luggage rack to help remedy this. Additionally, we regret any cleaning details missed with the bunkbed sheets and housekeeping has been addressed. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

False Listing Info
This unit is not a 2 bathroom as advertised. It has an extra vanity but only 1 toilet and 1 shower. A two bath was one of my groups basic needs and it made our vacation difficult and awkward. The management company Vacassa has been totally non-responsive to my complaint. They also had a new stove installed during our stay. We were not warned of this intrusion on our privacy. The old stove was fully functional. All in all, it's a great unit, great location, but falsly advertised and badly managed.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Andy. We are so glad the location worked out well for you. Thank you for letting us know the listing may not be accurate. We have reviewed it and changed it to reflect the one bathroom in the home. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope the refund given shows our desire to rectify issues for our guests. We hope we have the chance to impress you in the future.

Nice condo, great views, but NO HOT TUB "steps away"
We were drawn to this condo for ski-in/ski-out and the use of the hot tub. The listing on VRBO said "The condo comes with access to a host of fabulous Copper Mountain Athletic Club amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym – all steps from your door."
When I think of steps, from your door, I think of something close by - not something .3 miles away (per Google Maps.)
We were so disappointed to find that the hot tub & sauna were not easily accessible. Especially as Spruce Lodge does have a room that says hot tub on the door. When we asked in the Vacasa office, we were told it is under maintenance.
The views on the other hand were delightful. We enjoyed sitting at the window and watching the beginners in the start park, as well as the hill and the Special Olympics Torchlight parade.
And be sure to read the directions carefully about collecting your key - You don't want to drive to the lodge first - you go to the VACASA office before going around the big roundabout where you pick up your keys!
