Perfect Spot

This vacation rental was awesome for a group of 7 adults. The unit was exactly as expected. Everything needed was inside the home except a microwave. We enjoyed the stay and the staff was awesome with check-in procedures.

Location, Location, Location...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5 including 3 teenage boys: 19,16 & 15. There was plenty of room to spread out with 3 large comfortable beds and the queen pullout sofabed. Everything looked brand new and the property was stocked with all the necessities. Plenty of blankets, towels, and all the kitchen equipment we needed to make a couple of meals. The best part of this west Panama City Beach location is the literal 5 minute walk to the gulf! We were able to allow our teenage boys to make the short walk to public beach access #87 independently and there was plenty of room on the beach even during a busy spring break week. On returning from the beach, you can rinse off the sand at the adorable outdoor shower and once cleaned up, you can watch a movie on the enormous TV in the living room. For a break from the beach it was also only a short drive to the bustling areas of Pier Park in Panama City Beach and 30a for shopping, activities and yummy restaurants. My favorite part was waking before the rest of my family and having a cup of coffee out in the screened in porch before starting the day. This property made our Panama City Beach trip one of the most memorable family trips we've taken! We are already planning our next stay at Derondo Dreams!

We have worked all of our lives in education to be blessed to have this home. This truly was a dream come true "hence" Derondo Dreams". Why they chose this property

Quiet West end, wonderful neighborhood, 1.5 blocks from the beaches, updated and clean home, screened lanai, close to amazing dining and shopping, so much to do for all ages. We fell in love with PCB years ago in college and always wishing that someday we could afford a property here...So we feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to share it at a reasonable price so families can come and still afford to go out to eat or enjoy other activities as well.
