Welcome to our stunning three bedroom vacation home, nestled in the heart of the LowCountry. With spacious bedrooms, living areas and a deck off the back of the villa, you will love the space and comfort that this home provides. The primary bedroom features coastal decor, a king bed, smart TV, dedicated work desk, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. Guest room 1 has a king bed and en suite bathroom, while guest room 2 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and en suite bath shared with Guest Room 2.

Outdoor:
On the private deck, enjoy a cup or coffee or a meal with loved ones at the dining table with an umbrella. Enjoy making meals on the BBQ with a lovely view of nature.

Interior excellent; great beach access. Small pool

Overall, wonderful experience. The property itself is great and well kept. Owners are very thoughtful. Only downside is that the pool is very small to accommodate the number of guests in the cluster.

Incredible Home

We can't say enough good things about our stay here. The home was clean, up to date, and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Great location! Just jump on your bikes and you can be anywhere in minutes.

Great Accommodations, location

Lovely place. The villa is nicely updated with nice fixtures. The villa had everything we needed and the kitchen was excellent and stocked with the main items we needed to get our meals prepared. Great proximity to the beach, golf, shopping and a full service super market (we ordered our groceries ahead of time and picked them up). Nice deck with new grill that we used most nights. Overall - would come again and highly recommend!

Ideal winter getaway

We stayed at this property for almost 6 weeks with our 2 small dogs. We love Palmetto Dunes as a mid-island location where everything is convenient. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including newer appliances in the kitchen. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable and the primary bath was spacious. With the exception of the living room furniture, which could use an update, everything in the condo was newer and very nice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice but lacks true parking benefit

Nice villa but if you expect to park anywhere near the villa at night during peak periods you can forget about that and or get a $100 fine. The alternate parking is far away walking.

Our family loved staying at this property. We enjoyed the layout as well as the neighborhood and close proximity to the beach. We were slightly disappointed with the pools, could use some updating, never ended up going because they were small and looked dirty. I’m also not sure what was on the floors in the main room, but our socks were extremely dirty and whatever it was did not was off in the washing machine. Also- the patio furniture was not clean/usable and seemed a little beat. The rental company was fast to communicate and assist.

Convenient, lots of space, very functional, amazing price vs others

We enjoyed our experience. The unit is as advertised with appliances and furnishings that are reasonable for updated rentals. The price for the size was really great, and the fact that dogs were allowed was critical. The home had everything we needed and was really conveniently located to the general store and beach access, and to get out and about during the day. Xplorie was a nice surprise inclusion. Communication was awesome and maintenance was quick to respond to a request. We had 2 cars and parking wasn't a problem unless we were the last group back in the little parking area for the villa. The pools aren't really super kid appealing. One is under construction, and the one we had access to was kind of green. We would have enjoyed some better cared for deck furniture for the unit. Smoke came through both adjacent units and really ruined our overall experience though... it was really truly disappointing. Even our cars smelled like smoke today after driving home yesterday. We have never been here so we didn't really know the difference between Sea Pines vs Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes seems much older of a resort area overall. Generally though, it was a really great last minute trip that we planned and we had a nice experience.
