Yes! Fast Wi-Fi and comfy workspaces make it easy to sneak in a little work — or just stream another show from the couch.

Is the pool heated?
Pool heat is available for an extra $25 per day should you want it, however, at most times during the year the sun naturally heats the pool. Just let us know before you arrive so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Is the home kid- and grandparent-friendly?
Definitely. The layout works great for families — just note there are stairs between floors.

Are pets allowed?
We do welcome well-behaved pets under 20 lbs— we just ask for prior notice. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness for every guest, we charge a one-time $200 pet fee. This allows us to perform a deep clean after your stay.

How’s the neighborhood?
It’s a historic West Palm Beach neighborhood with a creative edge — a little bit old Florida, a little bit up-and-coming. If you love finding the cool coffee shops and street art before everyone else does, you’ll feel right at home. Downtown and the beaches are just minutes away by car or Uber.

Is there a property manager onsite?
Yes — Tom lives quietly in a separate cottage on the property. He’s respectful, private and helpful if you need anything, and the pool and backyard are 100% yours to enjoy.

We stayed at Villa Del Sol while we visited the West Palm Beach area. The property was very clean and had a beautiful pool and outdoor seating area. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook for yourself. Communication was exceptional. Owner was always very quick to respond. Beautiful home, spacious and clean !

Our stay was awesome and really loved the home ! The neighbor hood was a little sketchy, cops were a few houses over 3 of the 7 nights! Lastly, one thing that wasn’t mentioned is there is a gentlemen living in the pool house which we thought was a little different and should have been advertised, although he wasn’t a bother to us at all, so all and all we really enjoyed our time and the house ! Plenty of room for the 5 of us and all the necessity’s !

I've revitalized a number of great properties but this gem is my first one in West Palm Beach and I absolutely love it! I bought it without even seeing it in person--I could just tell from the pictures how charming and special it was. Then when I did walk through I was taken by the great vibe of the house.
