Welcome to our “Skiblume” holiday home,

enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in our holiday home "Skiblume" in the wonderful Ötztal.

Leave the hustle and bustle behind and experience peace, fresh air and nature with our wide range of leisure activities.

Our holiday home is located in a sunny location in the Schlatt district of the Oetz municipality.

Located high up on the mountain with a wonderful view of the Ötztal and the surrounding mountains.

We offer you a detached, very comfortable holiday home (max. 8 adults and 2 small children).

Thanks to the wood and stone elements, the sauna, the fireplace and the surrounding terrace, there is an incomparable "mountain feeling".

Ground floor:
On the ground floor there is a newly built bathroom with shower and toilet.

A very spacious, modern, open kitchen

This merges into the dining area with a fireplace.
1 high chair for toddlers and a high chair for older children is available

There follows a very spacious living room with a glass bay window, sofa corner, TV and fireplace.

Here are the 3 bedrooms that can accommodate max. 8 adults and 2 small children offer:

Room Oetztalblick: 1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed (90 x 200cm), 1 x crib 160 cm

Berghangblick room: 1 x double bed, 1 x crib (120cm) & changing table

Playground view: 1 x double bed

There is also a sauna and a second large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and toilet.
In addition, a wonderful old wood conservatory invites you to relax.

Basement stairs:
Jackets and shoes find their place here.
Ski boot stands, hat warmers and glove warmers ensure dry storage.

Garage: there is wood for the fireplace, snow shovel and a ski stand

Why go to Ötzerau?
Highlight for families with children:

If you cross the street that leads to our house, you will reach a picturesque playground. Enough space to play ball, badminton, toboggan hill for the little ones etc ...

Our house is at a picturesque height at 1200m with a view over the entire Ötztal. You really have a mountain feeling up here. Full sun during the day and silence at night and an endless starry sky.

You can start several hikes directly from the house:

Whether to the Acherberg Alm, Bielefelder Hütte, Windegg, Kühtaile Alm, or just a short walk to the only higher-lying district, the steps. The ski bus stop is about 8 minutes away on foot.

The use of the ski bus is free of charge. From the “Ötz Ötzerau” stop, the journey time to the Ochsengarten Bergbahnen ski area is 11 minutes. Approximately The journey takes 15 minutes to get to the village of Kühtai.

Our "house ski area Kühtai-Hochötz" invites you with 85km of slopes, 24 lifts, 100% guaranteed snow. There is also an offer for cross-country skiers: "With a snow-sure altitude of 1,570 meters, Ochsengarten guarantees ideal cross-country skiing conditions from December with the free 3 km circular trail."

If that's not enough, there are many other ski areas in the Ötztal available. You can get from Ötzerau to Sölden in just 38 minutes, Obergurgl in 55 minutes ...

In summer and winter, the picturesque Piburger See invites you to hike, stop off, skate, jog and swim.

The outdoor highlight for adrenaline junkies can be reached in Area 16 in just 16 minutes by car.

In 27 minutes you can reach the well-known thermal bath "Aqua Dome".

Whether leisurely family walks, for example on one of the many beautiful themed trails, hiking, climbing, biking, sledding, horse riding, snowshoeing, rafting ... there are many ways to spend an unforgettable time in summer and winter.

Since we cannot always be on site, we have a contact person who will receive you, take care of the handover and answer any questions you may have. The house is cleaned by service staff. We hope that we will be represented with dignity and that everything will go smoothly.
