There is a sandbar behind the house which makes the perfect place to lounge in a beach chair with a drink in one hand and a fishing pole in the other, where you can also launch your kayaks and paddle boards with ease.

SWFL is the boating capitol of the world. Its a mecca for boating, fishing, diving and all water sports enthusiasts. There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you occupied. Grab your rods and jump on your boat to experience world class fishing inshore and offshore. There are lots of great fishing spots around for you to take advantage of, no matter what the weather conditions are. If you would rather kick back, relax and the cruise local waters, you are sure to enjoy the natural beauty, peacefulness and tranquility of the world renown, 10,000 islands. We also have amazing kayaking and paddle boarding all around us. Drop in behind the house or go to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. There you will find endless mangrove tunnels and trails for you to explore and navigate. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, that will show you what island living is all about. We are part of Rookery Bay Preserve which means no matter where you are, you will see lots of Dolphins, manatees and pelicans that live here and are always passing by or putting on a show. Being here is like having front row seats at Sea World. You never know what you will see and anything is possible.
