Simple apartment house "Haus Rollin", 3 storeys. In the district of Winkelmatten 1 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1 km. Mountain railway 700 m, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 60 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
2-room apartment 65 m2, on the top floor. Partly with sloping ceilings, simple and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds (80 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 210 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Best Place

The condo was amazing! Easy to get to town, gondola, river, food, chair lifts and trains. The very best thing about this condo is the Mattahorn from the porch, perhaps the best view we had and you can see the mountain in all different lights and stages of the day. Spectacular!!!

Great location with Beautiful Views.

We loved our stay at Haus Rollin. We had everything we could have possibly needed. The location was fabulous. Just 20 seconds from the bus route to get to the gondola. The ski room in the basement was great for drying out equipment. We walked everywhere from this property including dinners out, Migors and Coop grocery stores, hiking trails and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again. 5/5

Situation idéale dans un quartier tranquille, que nous connaissons bien pour y avoir séjourné plusieurs fois. Logement sympa et déco originale. Manque de place pour ranger les habits lorsqu'on séjourne à plus de deux. Cuisine aurait besoin d'un bon coup de nettoyage: le filtre de la hotte suinte le gras. Dans les placards et tiroirs, restes de nourriture collés sur les assiettes et les couverts. Literie trop molle. Rapport qualité/surface/prix à revoir.

Gemütlich aber schon etwas abgewohnt

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung sehr umfangreich (ausser vielleicht eine Röstiraffel:). Die Einrichtung an und für sich ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen viel zu alt und mit Delle in der Mitte, hier gibts Handlungsbedarf. Auch der Bettinhalt ist alt und krumelig. Sehr enttäuschend war für uns, dass der Kamin nicht benutzt werden durfte. So prominent mit Fotos in Szene gesetzt und dann ein Schloss dran! Dass muss klarer sein.

Hemos cuidado el apartamento perfectamente, dejando todo recogido. Sin embargo, nos han cobrado 150€ de fianza y han entrado sin nuestro consentimiento mientras estabamos esquiando

We contacted our colleagues on site in order to follow up on this and can confirm that due to the keys accidentally being taken back to Spain the deposit was taken, however this has been returned. We can also assure you that no one entered the property in your absence, only a note was left on the outside of the door. We are sorry for any confusion.

A beautiful view

This unit is charming with a fantastic view. The house was extremely quiet, we could see a fox and 3 roes every morning in the snow from our bedroom. Everything is well organized and functional. My only minor criticism is that compared to other rental units in ski resorts the kitchen supplies (spices, oil, vinegar, tea) could be improved.
