Ruidoso NM 4/3.5 Mountain Retreat w/ Game Room/Pool Table, and Close to Golf/Ski

Large 4-3.5 tri-level condo with game room, pool table, 2 fireplaces, 2 decks, grille, and firepit. Minutes to skiing, golf, horse-racing, casinos, and a variety of other outdoor activities. Sit on either of the two porches, and watch a variety of wildlife including elk and wild horses from only steps away.

All of the basic amenities are included with this condo, including towels, sheets, central A/C and Heat, toiletries, soaps and shampoo, basic kitchen needs, oven, and refrigerator. There is a master bedroom/bath on the 2nd floor of the condo, which is the entry floor for those that cannot climb stairs. There is a full bath on the 3rd floor of the condo, along with a 1/2 bath in a large bedroom on the 3rd floor as well. The 1st level of the condo is the game room, which also has a 1/2 bath, bar, 2-twin beds, pool table, tv, firelplace, and a large deck which allows access to the grounds of the condo.

This condo is only minutes away from multiple golf courses, Ski Apache, Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, and the Inn of the Mountain God's Casino.

We offer great prices, with a great place to stay and relax. House was amazing!!! The condo area is very accessible and clean. Wild horse walked into the common areas and were a real treat for the animal lovers of our family. The lower level game room was a huge add to our families fun. In cold nights we really enjoyed the pool table.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about the property it was clean it was beautiful the area was quiet that we even met one of the neighbors that had purchased their condo it was all around excellent I would definitely recommend Anyone that's going to Ruidosa I would urge them to check this out and stay there If we go back again in the future we'll definitely check into staying there again

We spent our first getaway Christmas here with family. The space is nice, the beds are comfy and the location is great. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. Park right in front of the condo and walkable/go for a jog. Nearby parks. Nice balcony space. Had everything we needed and more!

Everything needed for a large family.

This home has four bedrooms all with comfortable full sized beds and larger. There are fire places on the main floor and bottom floor. The bottom floor has a great pool table and family area along with two twins beds. There is everything you need in the kitchen to prepare great meals for the family. Home was a little cold but there are plenty of space heaters for every room. Central heat does work but it WAS down to 10 degrees or lower a few of the nights. Accommodated 7 adults with two full baths and two half baths. Close to downtown and all the restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone with big families. Could easily accommodate 8 adults and two kids. Very Cozy and Homely.

This stay was really nice. Location is great with plenty of parking. The place was very clean. Some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in in AB&Bs. The only issue was the ISP had an issue and was not able to use WiFi or TVs. Not the owners issue. A nice thing was the items that were provided. My wife mentioned the makeup removers were a nice discovery. Would stay here again for sure. Talking with the owners was always nice and communication was always superior.

This home offers a quiet location that can't be beat, as well as multiple decks that allow for great views of the local wildlife including deer, elk, and wild horses, a large game room with a pool table, fireplace, and bar, and despite its quiet and peaceful location, it is still only minutes to all that Ruidoso has to offer, including golf, horse racing, casinos, skiing, and the outdoors!
