Large family house with swimming pool, close to the beaches of the Vendée

Former 18th century mansion renovated with the charm of exposed beams and stones, nestled in the middle of nature in a quiet countryside at the gates of Luçon, 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée. With its 280 m2, its large swimming pool and its very large grounds, the house is ideal for large families or groups of friends (maximum capacity of 17 people).
Everything is done to relax both outside (swimming pool, petanque, barbecue) and inside (billiards, table football).

The land is quietly surrounded by canals and offers a unique space to relax and recharge your batteries. A large terrace allows you to have meals outside (1 outdoor terrace and 1 other covered terrace next to it). A heated swimming pool of 4 x 12 m (flat bottom with 1.5 m depth) as well as a petanque court (with lighting) and a barbecue are at your disposal in season. Part of the garden adjoining the house is fenced for the little ones. Close to all amenities.
The house is a recently renovated old farmhouse. Here everything is not always straight, the living room is made of original dressed stone polished by time, but it is also the charm of the old.

On the ground floor you will find:
- 2 large living rooms (1 stone living room and 1 second cement tile room with billiards and table football)
- 1 large new fitted kitchen + scullery with washing machine and 1 WC

- NO pets please (except service animals) and NO smoking inside
- noisy parties are not allowed
- Linen (sheets and towels) is provided in the rental and included in the cleaning fee (remember to bring your own towels for the beach and pool). A reception and concierge service is also included in this package.

Privileged weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer period (July-August); and 2 nights minimum outside the holidays. Possibility of decreasing rates on extended stays (contact us).
For weekend rentals, in order to give you more time to enjoy the place, arrivals are at 4pm and departures at 4pm as well (except in exceptional cases where a tenant arrives following your rental)
For weekly rentals, arrival times are at 4pm and departure at 10am.
