Words cannot express how disappointed I am with this host, the experience, and how everything has been handled. Our family drove 13 hours to spend time and visit family during Christmas. The beds were infested with bed bugs. Especially the primary bedroom. The experience ruined our entire Christmas and we ended up cutting our trip short and headed back home. The host refunded SOME of our money back but excluded the late check in fee that we had to ZELLE him which I feel is unprofessional to ask for money beyond the platform. Also, there were a few men in ski mask pacing the street directly in front of the home which made the stay feel uncomfortable. The area is not the nicest. I would NOT recommend staying here.

The townhouse is at its three years’ operation after new house was built. Housekeeper cleaned the entire house thoroughly before you checked in. You asked to move out after you found out the house didn’t meet your need: no dining table for your Christmas party. The entire house is always cleaned at least twice per week. All mattresses are less than three years old. I refund you 100% for your three-night booking after you stayed one night. Housekeeper did thorough inspection after you moved out. She didn’t find any pest inside the house. The subdivision is new. It is a very safe area in Nashville.
